My mom, sister, and I had a very nice stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and it was in a great location. The only problem was that the bathroom door had trouble closing, but that's to be expected in an older hotel. The place might look iffy, but it's actually very nice.

Good central location; Located 10-15 minutes from Bryce Canyon. 10 minutes from the road to Kodachrome and Grosvenor arch. The rooms were just refurbished with new bedding, furniture and huge TV's. Very comfortable and quiet (maybe not so quiet in the summer?) Great breakfast. Great staff. Very friendly.Fair prices. Quiet location. No complaints. I would recommend this place.

They have beds. There was a TV that worked sometimes. Just not a lot of options if your road trip takes you through here. The breakfast was decent, lots of cereal options is what sticks with me. You can do better, but not in Tropic.

We stayed one night whilst visiting Bryce NP. The room was clean and comfortable and there is a good restaurant and supermarket next door. It was fun hearing horses neighing in the nearby property. We were a bit disappointed that breakfast started later then we were able to stay for as we wanted to catch the sunrise, and then move...

We stayed here when we went to Bryce Canyon. The motel is about 10 minutes away from the park, but a lot cheaper than staying close to Bryce. Check in was very pleasant. We weren't supposed to have breakfast, but was surprised when they told us it was 7. The room was nice and clean, bed very comfortable. We stayed...

Good location, there is a great restaurant next door. It's clean and comfortable. Breakfast had waffles and cereal. Clean room, not terribly fancy. We'd stay here again. It has a laundromat in the main building.

Modest motel with a laundromat. Nice staff, good price and good location. It's away from the business of Bryce, yet still an easy drive. The breakfast buffet leaves much to be desired. It is carbs and sugar only -- toast, english muffins, a pancake machine and three kinds of sugar-coated kids cereal.

We had a standard two double bed room. Very dated..but we were there for the scenery. Because there isn't much choice for tourists to stay the hotel gets away with it. Anywhere else, they would require major renovations. Breakfast is very basic, they didn't even have bananas or apples when we were there. There is a grocery store next door,...

Pleasant booking in with good information regarding the area and local eating places. Room clean and comfy. Breakfast buffet included, with reasonable choice although not much seating capacity. A pleasant stay whilst viewing Bryce Canyon.
