The room was nice, but that's pretty much where it ends. We stayed in the Ivanhoe room. It was definitely not worth the price paid. The bed was soft and comfortable, the jetted tub was also nice.(although the water spout was loose and turned if...More
Visited this on a business trip. It is much more suited for a family. The rooms have Jacuzzi which is very relaxing. The whole Inn is decorated in such a way that you get a feel that you are really in a castle. In fact,...More

There is not an elevator. Only stairs. There are stairs at both the front and back doors and from the lobby to the dining area. There is a room "The Garden Suite", that books up quickly, on the same level as the dining area. The dining area is accessible from the front and has no stairs. So if you book ahead of time you can get The Garden Suite. There are 3 rooms on the lobby entrance (ground level) the garden suite on the actual ground level with no stairs, 4 upstairs and 2 in the basement.
