We are the closest lodging to historic downtown St. George. There are several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. There is easy access to hiking/biking trails, golf, shopping, and many more local activities. We have newly remodeled rooms with microwaves, fridges, and free Wi-Fi. We have group rates available.
Their breakfast was not great, to say the least. There was one waffle maker for everyone and many people went without instead of waiting forever. Other than that, you had your choice of toast or cold cereal. And the breakfast didn't even last long enough...More
If you asked me a couple months ago I would of only had 5 stars for this hotel even 6 if possible but that has dramatically changed. 5 star to 1 star this hotel really dropped the ball I have spent thousands here I stay...More

What I can say is that the room we stayed in, which was on the first floor in the unattached building and was a suite, seemed to be completely handicap accessible. It was the only room left available, a suite, but was not designated as a handicap room.
There was a lot of room but unfortunately, we were less than thrilled, (read my post) with the accommodations. We are going this weekend to the Dixie Palm and I will post photos and a review of that motel when we arrive back this Sunday. Please watch for that post and you may choose to stay there instead. It was just as affordable and the reviews were all very positive and as recent as July of this year.

"There were some rooms with a patio and sliding door on the second floor next to the bicycle shop."
