I have stayed at this location many times in the past when it was called the Cotton Tree Inn. Back in those days it was a very classy place, but not any more. Sadly . . . the place is kind of run down. The staff doesn't respond well and there isn't a friendliness that one…
It was a huge mistake so stay here. 1stz our sheets were stained, the housekeeper came and told us it was our fault to stay in such a crappy hotel with old sheets. 2nd, our sync overflowed so that had to change us rooms. 3rd the front desk guy yelled at me through the phone…
No hot water, drapes ripped and hanging off hooks, tub stopper did not work, very small room and outdated. Felt like I was in a skid-row room! Electric strip hanging off appliance and wires hanging around. I expect more for my money spent!! I liken the manager of this hotel…
Very good value for the cost. Good proximity to restaurants and easy to get to from Interstate Highway. Quiet location and well lit parking areas. Vehicle security is good. We have stayed at this location for five years.
The location is off the freeway away from high volume traffic, but close enough to easily enjoy other areas. Provo River trail/bike path is just behind the building. The staff accommodated our every need. Breakfast was very good.
"We stayed in a room on the first floor on the back."
"I love rooms on the East side over looking the river and walking path"
"Quiet areas are the middle rooms, second floor."
"Don't stay here."
"We requested and were given a top floor (to avoid stomping above as happens so often)."
