No, but the bus system is easily accesible to ride to Deer Valley. That is how most skiers get around during the winter. Parking is a pain and the buses go right up to the Main Entrances of the Resorts.

Not sure. I'm guessing there is a bus stop very near by. Call them and ask! (We drive over - it's a about 4 hours from us.)
