I just finished my 11 day road trip and I have to say that Purple Sage Motel had the most comfortable beds that we stayed in, even hotels that I paid double a night. The room was very clean room with all the basic amenities except breakfast. This hotel is relatively close to Bryce National Park.

For a rural hotel this place was alright, probably the best hotel property in town. The hotel is older, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The owner and his wife were most helpful in answering our various questions. If in the area again, we'd likely stay here.

A very good small town experience. The pace of the area was much slower than the hustle bustle of a city. The motel was run by the owner who was very helpful and courteous. He took the time to answer our questions and offered information about the area. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Clean room and comfortable bed. No fridge or microwave. The town is very well kept as streets, houses and lawns were well maintained. Good places to eat or you can just walk around and window shop, and feel safe. That was our experience. Close to Natinal Parks. Rooms are in line for some refreshening and some interior updates but that...

We stayed in unit one with a king sized bed. Very nice big room. The motel had just opened for the season but was fresh and clean. We thought that the water heater had not yet been turned on because the water ran for a very long time without becoming warm. After reporting to the management we were told to...

Clean rooms, great friendly service , simple accomodations. Heater /AC in room. Easy walk into town for food and some shopping. Good price for a night near the various parks. Ask for a room in back facing the street. Cleaning rags supplied for your vehicle, just ask the front desk.

It's an older motel, but clean and friendly. Not the nicest motel, but not the worst either. A decent price for its closeness to the national parks. We stayed one night as a stopping for a Bryce Canyon National Park visit.

We happened to arrive at the Purple Sage on the first day it was open for the season. The owners were ready for customers, and there were quite a few other people staying at the Purple Sage. We were made to feel very welcome. When checking in, the owners had a number of suggestions for meals and plenty of menus...

The place is a bit rundown. I doubt it was just our room. The gentleman at check in was not quite friendly and the view from the bathroom was horrible. The place didn't feel dirty but it definitely did not feel sparkling clean.

Nice place. Good for our roadtrip. One night and the on the move agian. Good friendly service. Quiet town. Room is okay. Not with new furniture. But for the price it is fine. Room is clean. Bed is fine. Ok place.
