Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Yes, this is an older motel, quirky & looks like an old west town. It’s family-run and feels hospitable. Room was older but somewhat updated. Breakfast was good & the restaurant area was nice. It had everything we needed and was under $90 with tax. (I’m contrasting this with the $267 a night rate the day before for a similar room at LaQuinta near Zion.) It is way out by itself but that was fine- closer to Bryce. We thought it might have good stargazing because it’s out of town and that area’s supposed to be good, but we were too tired to try. Basic room- had fridge & microwave. Also a tub, which was great after a day of hiking. No pool or hot tub. Had laundry. Overall an interesting & unusual budget find- my kids thought the Western theme was cool. I’d stay there again.

Hotel's Favourite
We had low expectations as we usually don't expect much from Quality Inns. From the moment we were greeted in the lobby we felt at home. The gentleman who checked is in was welcoming and informative. This place is different from any other Quality Inn's we have stayed at. We decided to stay here instead of camp due to colder than usual temperatures. Different buildings, housing very clean, spacious rooms. Exterior entrances like a motel but so much nicer. Comfortable beds. Breakfast had great variety and the mom and pop attendants at breakfast were so welcoming. To be fair it could use some updating on the exterior and the interior did show it's age, but it was clean, comfortable and affordable for Bryce Canyon #cloudbluetravel

Nice hotel with lovely room and very comfortable bed. Iron and ironing board as well as coffee machine provided. No restaurants linked to hotel but there is a restaurant attached to the hotel that serves meals in the evening. However they do serve breakfast

This is an older motel set up like a western town. The concept is cute but the entire place needs some TLC. The rooms are dated with mismatched furniture. I don't like carpet in a hotel room and this carpet needed replaced. The room was large and everything worked. The towels were thin and the sheets were pilled. They do have a larger than normal refrigerator. There is a "motion detector" or something attached to the front of the television. I don't know why they have such a thing. There is a sign at check in that states it's not a camera and not to unplug it. I just put the little card your keycard comes in over it and covered it up just in case. Our room was quiet, we were in an upper floor. They breakfast they offered was good and the sunrise coming over the mountains was nice. It is in a good location but there is no restaurants or stores nearby except for the one restaurant on site.

The Quality Inn Bryce Canyon was nicer than expected. The old Western theme is cute, and definitely makes it stand out. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The floor was pretty creaky, and I felt a little bad for our downstairs neighbors. Overall a nice night's stay.

The reason I am giving four stars is the pride in ownership and how hard the owners worked and I have lots of respect for that. We were cheked in by the owner. Then at close to 10 pm going to bed wife found how hair dryer did not work. When I went to office to see about getting a new hair dryer. yes someone else was at desk but he went back to discuss with someone. and here came the owner witha a new hair dryer. During breakfast which was a really good breakfast spread, he was there again making sure all went well at breakfast. Cleaning tables. The hotel is older and would seem to be in the middle of no where but we liked that. Room was comfortable wne we had a nice open view facing the mountains. And even though felt middle of no where it was 10 minutes to Red Rock and 30 mintes to Bryce Canyone. Very reaonable for what we received.

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was given the price. It had more personality compared to many Quality Inns and the breakfast was very good with many choices. The room was very clean. Excellent value for a nice place to stay near Bryce Canyon! Only downside was there is no swimming pool which my kids were sad about.

Large and great rooms at a location away from all others, but only a few miles from a city with restaurants etc. The hotel location is a 25 minutes drive to Bryce Canyon so you can go for the sunrise and be back for breakfast afterwards. Our room was a first floor and we could sit outside with a beer and enjoy the view. A bit of paint outside could make it visually more nice. This hotel is really value for money.

The Quality Inn is really in the middle of no where. The motel consists of several buildings that are made to look like an old west town. Comfortable room, good onsite DIY hot breakfast. About 10 minute drive to beautiful Red Canyon, and 25 minute drive to Bryce Canyon.

Stayed here in May 2022. The hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere, which I guess is okay. Property looked a bit shady as we approached it from the main highway. Room was dated but clean, which is paramount when staying at any hotel. The exterior and rooms need some TLC. Did not hear traffic from the main road as the property is situated around 100 yard away. Breakfast was included in the room rate.
