This is the hidden gem of the area! Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and spacious rooms. The hosts are amazing and offered great advice on sites to see. Breakfast was wonderful. No detail is left unturned . I can't wait to go back and stay again. Reasonably priced as well.

We had stayed two nights in Kim and Rod's lovely B&B. They were so friendly, interesting and helpful in all aspects. The proximity to Bryce Canyon was the main reason we chose to stay, but even without that it was well worth it. Breakfast was great, chatting to the other guests about ideas and plans was fun, and getting Kim's...

This B&B is in a town that’s conveniently located for visiting Bryce Canyon NP (25 minute drive) and Zion NP (1+ hour drive to the east entrance). A wife and husband team own and personally run this small B&B, which has 4 detached rooms and 2 rooms in the vintage main house. It offers a friendly and welcoming change from...

We had the Mountain View Room--lots of horizontal surfaces for our stuff & hooks for hanging jackets, packs, etc., so it seemed very roomy. Breakfast was great, especially the blintzes!! Kim and husband were gracious hosts.

We stayed 3 nights while visiting Bryce Canyon. We stayed in a detached unit and loved our room. Charming decor, very comfortable bed, satellite TV. The hosts are very friendly and made delicious breakfast. We would definitely recommend.

In a great location away from the hustle and bustle of the National Parks. Near to Bryce and Cedar Breaks. Breakfast each of our 3 days was different and great! French toast, quiche along with yogurt and fruit, hash browns and various teas and coffee. We got a room in the house with a claw foot tub (I love tubs!)....

We stayed in Panguitch for two nights. When we arrived there was a blackboard in the hall with room names and keys attached. We saw our name, but at that point the owner arrived to check us in. Presumably if they aren't around you can find your room yourself - such trust! The bedroom was very pretty with a four...

Stayed for two nights can highly recommend. Stayed in the main house in a really nice and uniquely styled room room. My parents stayed as well and their room was just as good. Excellent breakfast as well. Good for exploring Zion and Bryce Caynon. Five minute walk into town for restaurants

I stayed just one night in the Panguitch House but really enjoyed my stay. I had the mountain view room which has a great bath tub... Great timing as I was getting a bit tired from travelling and could use a soak ;) Great bed, good quality internet and most important: great breakfast! Best I had during my 3 week...
