Hi, the room was very nice, well decorated and comfortable. You have a microwave/fridge/coffee machine.. the service is not welcoming or warm neither by phone or in direct. You feel a bit that you are disturbing when you ask for advices. However the value for money is correct and its a good point of departure to go to bryce canyon.

Love this place! Very comfortable. The owners are very nice people, and are working very hard to make it nice. It really represents the heart of Panguitch, I will always try to stay there while in panguitch. It's clean! It smells good. And the beds are comfortable.

Had five hikers, room #3. Plenty of space to spread out and organize hiking gear for Bryce. Room a bit outdated, bathroom in need of update and minor repairs, but worked to good to clean up. If you are looking for no frills and a place to crash, clean and welcoming staff. Good value for what we needed...

Old facility with slow motion renovation plan-one room at a time. Lucky to get renovated room-tight space with two queen beds when one bed with fold out sofa would be better fit. No ice machine. No office staff! No facial tissues in room. Given overheated motel rates due to proximity of Bryce Canyon this choice is not a good value...

We were lucky and reserved room #11 several weeks before traveling. #11 is the only room that has been remodeled. It is very clean and the two queen beds are nice and comfortable. The Bath is completely up-dated and has a huge shower. TV, Microwave and Fridge are a nice touch. We looked at the other rooms and trust me,...

My husband and I stayed here in May 2016 while hiking Bryce Canyon. Upon check-in we were met with one of the owners who was friendly and helpful. He made sure we had everything that we needed. Met his wife the next morning and she was just as sweet and nice. This is a hard working family that own the...

Upon check in, we met the lovely owners! Very nice family run establishment. They ensured we had everything we needed. The room was cozy and well appointed. You can see the workmanship in the details. I was told we had the newest of the renovated rooms and I was not disappointed. I would stay here again...price was a little high...

We stayed here based on availability and fairly positive reviews. We couldn't find any positives. We decided not to shower as the tub was disgusting. The tv worked and the sheets looked clean so we stayed....but never again. To add to it our room cost $111!

At first glance it looks like another small town low quality motel, but when you see what the owners are doing to renovate the rooms you will be impressed. While the rooms are small, so is the price. The bathrooms were dated, but post-renovation they are very nice. At the time of our visit they had not yet added laundry...

Small but clean room. Walking distance to most Panguitch restaurants. Comfortable bed but pillows could be upgraded. Good lighting, lots of places to plug in, fridge, microwave, and good television. Fast Wi-Fi. Would stay here again.
