The lobby is really nice and much larger than other HGIs. To the right of the lobby and restaurant is a large meeting space which I was very happy to see. My room was clean and modern. There were dozens of local restaurants, shops and a movie theatre just steps away. I will definitely stay here on my next trip...

Thank you so much for such a fantastic review. Being referred to one of the best HGI's is quite the honor. I love the look and feel of this hotel also and the location is tough to beat. We look forward to your next visit. Please let me know if I can be of service to you in the future.

Parking elevator was disgustingly dirty. Cooling system was slow to adjust temperature. Front desk and housekeeping did not coordinate together. Other than this - the location is great with lots of things to do and places to eat nearby.

This is a very friendly hotel in downtown Ogden, Utah. Cleanliness and hospitality are good adjectives describing the hotel. Parking is provided; one can walk to the light rail system that takes one to Salt Lake City and the airport in comfort.

Only stayed one night at this hotel. Check in was simple and quick. My room was spacious and comfortable. Was happy to see a mini fridge and a keurig in my room. The bed wasn't that comfortable in my opinion. Was a little disappointed that breakfast started at 7am instead of 6am and that room service was not available at...

Thank you for selecting to stay at our hotel. It sounds like you enjoyed the experience of the hotel for the most part. I am sorry that you did not enjoy the bed. I love the mattresses so much I even have the same one at my home. On the weekends we find that most people start later and we...

The room was as expected for a Hilton Garden Inn. The free cookies were terrible --- dry with fake flavoring. They did not seem to be paying attention to green practices --- no recycling bins in the rooms or visible in the halls or lobby. Coffee maker in the room produced plastic waste and the coffee cups were paper. The...

I've stayed at this HGI on several occasions now. I've always been treated well and found the staff and property to meet or exceed the standards set by Hilton. The location is great for after work dining and entertainment. This is a great place to stay while in the Ogden area.

Maybe we just had a bad experience because this is a beautiful hotel with plenty of positives. Unfortunately we had so many negatives too. Location is good, plenty of places to eat within a few steps. Lobby is beautiful. Indoor pool and spa pool are great! One of the prettier hotels we have stayed in overall. Negatives: after a long...

Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Ogden was a disappointment. We had been on the road for more than two weeks when we stayed at the Garden Inn. We selected to stay at this Garden Inn after having been quite impressed with the one in Kalispell, Montana. Arriving at the downtown Ogden facility we found a front desk manned by personnel...
