I think this is the best hotel in Monticello. The rooms have been recently updated and were very comfortable. Breakfast was adequate with yummy waffles and they have a beautiful indoor pool and spa area. The wifi worked well. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed there for one night on our way to Canyonlands NP. We got a vey quiet and comfortable king room on the back facing the mountains. Interior pool and hot tub were a plus given the low temperatures we encountered in Monticello mid-May. Breakfast was quite basic but OK. The only drawback is the wireless internet that was almost...

You'd expect quite a bit more for a charge of 100+ dollars per night. This is a basic, 1980s motel that is well-worn.You might consider pushing on to Moab for an overnight stay. Monticello does not offer much of anything in the way of accommodation or food. We went to the only restaurant with any sort of trade and was...

Thanks for your review and stay, sounds like you are upset your pizza took to long and wrote this review while waiting. I am sorry for your pizza but that's out of my hands. You mentioned this was a 1980'S Hotel, we'll that about 20 years to early, that surprises me, 1980's? I bought Inn at the canyons in 2009...

Good: Large room with comfortable king bed Clean Pool looks nice, but didn't try Good coffee in lobby Bad: Lots of attitude from the woman handling check-in, as others have noted. Must be family, or she would be gone by now. Only one side of the bed has a table, though there's plenty of room for another Faucet in sink...

Thanks so much for your stay and the review. I thought about that table idea then quickly realized you could not exit the sides of the bed easily. Since your stay we have quadrupled our Internet speed so that's good. As for the sink, the housekeepers turn them on daily to clean them, I had it checked and it worked...

The room was clean, but breakfast was a little lacking. We would stay there again if we were ever going through Monticello again, but wouldn't go out of our way to do so (says more of Monticello than the hotel, though).

Motel is on the main road and easy to find. Check in was pleasant. Our party of 6 had one king room and one double queen room. Rooms were clean and beds were ok. The hotel is pretty great for the price, much cheaper than staying in Moab.... Not much to do in the town though (ie nothing at all) but it suited us as a stop-over between SLC and monument valley. Room was large and comfy, clean and quiet, and at a great price. The pool looked nice, though I don't swim so...

It's a nice, little hotel -- average. Nothing fancy, but I suspect most people, like me, are just looking for a place to rest their head in between vacation stops, not looking for fancy. This is a good hotel for the price. It's basic but clean. Quiet. Hotel staff were nice. Hot tub and pool are nice. Parking was free...

This hotel was fine. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was just basic, but provided enough options for our group of four. Check-in was quick and efficient and the front desk staff member was very friendly.
