This is the 3rd time I've stayed here in the last 7 months. Juan has put together a great staff, and they always treat my dog and I so well! The rooms are clean and comfortable, and though it is a very small town, the hotel is in a great location! Oh, and did I say that the staff was great!! I have nothing but great things to say about the staff, from Juan the hotel manager, to Kinley, Victor, Roan, Estrella, Jose, Crystal, Damian, and Nick. They all do everything they can to make your stay comfortable!

We chose to stay in the Kanab area for 2 nights with intentions of visiting Zion and Grand Canyon. We did not go to the Grand Canyon, but we did go to Zion. It's a bit of a drive to get from Kanab to the Zion Visitor Center because you have to drive through the East Entrance of Zion. I didn't realize that until I got there. But it is a nice location, and much more affordable than anywhere near Zion. They had a nice outdoor pool area with a fire pit and sitting area. We had a room with 2 Queen beds and a sofa, which was like a small sectional, It was a very nice room. It's close to Kanab Creek Bakery and next door to a great ice cream / soda fountain/ gift shop. The town is small but has everything you need. Check out the Coral Pink Sand Dunes state park and take a tour to Peekaboo slot canyon with ROAM tours while you are there!…

We stayed at Comfort Suites Kanab National Park Area in early January, so pricing was fantastic ($120 for two rooms). Great price aside, the hotel is clean and has spacious rooms with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The breakfast was good with hot and cold options. Kanab and much of southern Utah was recovering from a power outage that had lasted a couple of hours - we rolled in about 10 minutes after power was restored, but the staff was extremely welcoming and the lobby was already warming back up. I was impressed with their ability to juggle multiple guest requests as well as attend to issues in the building. Initially I was over-charged (based on the price on my reservation) but Juan made certain I was reimbursed and satisfied with the solution. We have stayed in an AirBnB in Kanab before, but may re-consider for our next visit - this hotel was every bit as comfortable as a condo and they make breakfast for me!…

Over the last 7 years we have tried several properties in Kanab. We visit this place a couple times every year. And Comfort Suites Kanab has become our №1 choice. The hotel offers an amazing price/quality ratio. Rooms are large and feature a sofa if you need an extra bed. They also have connected rooms, if you travel as a group or a larger family. The hotel is clean and well taken care of. Breakfast is a nice touch with some excellent choices. Location is also perfect, right in the middle of the town with access to several nice restaurants and shops. So if you are looking for a place to spend several nights in Utah to visit the canyons, Comfort Suites Kanab is an excellent choice!

We are traveling with 10 & 11 year old grandsons. When we got to our room, they were both excited saying “ Wow, luxury!” The beds were great and the room quiet. My husband forgot his toothbrush and the furnished hi one free of charge. This is a great place to stay when visiting or passing through beautiful Kanab.

The worst customer experience in my life. I came back to my room and found toilet was not clean. I called to complain the front desk & Property manager, Juan was rude and put me on hold without giving me any reason. I was very upset and so went downstairs and asked him in person, why he put me on hold. He said he was busy with another customer but instead of apologizing, he turned around and accused me of being rude with him & other staff members, which was a complete lie. If i am telling the truth and God exists, Juan will face consequence for his racist behavior to me.

We had a very nice experience at this hotel. We didn’t have a reservation so we were happy that they could accommodate us on a Friday night. The room was spacious with a separate TV/sofa area. Everything was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was better than many hotel free breakfasts with many choices. This was an excellent value, and we highly recommend it.

A group of over 70 people from Wales stayed the night a Comfort Suites Kanab and they looked after us very well (not an easy job!). We arrived after a long day of cycling, and many of us thoroughly enjoyed our time relaxing in the pool. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, very clean and well equipped. I know I had an excellent night's sleep. Breakfast provided a good selection, and was very tasty.

I loved this hotels location and staff. The last time I stayed at a hotel where the staff was so hard working and courteous was in Disney. The hotel was so clean, rooms were quiet, they were booked solid every night. It was so refreshing to be treated like a guest. I felt like everyone took pride in doing a good job. Good places to eat is Escobar and Wild Thyme Cafe.

Hotel was clean and what I expected. Room was comfortable with working appliances (coffee maker, Fridge with freezer compartment to refreeze ice packs) and bed was comfortable. The hot tub and pool were great, but hot tub jets could not be turned on. Laundry facilities were small (only 2 washers and 2 dryers) and cost more than nearby laundromat. Hotel could not provide needed quarters, but laundromat had a change machine.
