The place has been newly remodeled, and looked and smelled clean. Unfortunately, there was a dying bug in the bathroom. I am assuming, since the place looked very clean, that is was a holdover from a resolved problem. Also, although the room was nicely done, it was an awkward layout. Ok for a night, but a bit of a challenge...

Generally, I liked this place. Staff was nice. It is only 30 miles from Bryce National Park, where hotels range over one hundred dollars. This town, there are two hotels that are in the fifty dollar range, and the rest are probably eighty dollars or more. I found the layout of the town confusing and easy to get lost in....

This motel was clean and upgraded since the last time we were here. There was some problems with a couple of mechanical things in the room we stayed in but nothing that was a show-stopper. The management was very friendly and responsive to any needs. The breakfast was adequate with waffles, cereal, milk, hot chocolate, coffee, oatmeal, juice, and muffins....

This place was clean, comfortable and comviently located to the national parks. The breakfast was mediocre. What I found very strange was that I didn't see one adult in charge the whole time I was there. In fact I got checked in by a young boy which I found very unprofessional even though he knew exactly what he was doing...

overall, our room with 2 queen beds is average. ok for 2 persons but if more than 2, room is cramped. Checkin was fast and efficient but when reception desk was staffed by a person unable to speak English, we had a hard time communicating what we wanted. fortunately this was resolved later on

We stayed here and the rooms were small but quiet. The breakfast was good. It was clean and the bathroom had been updated. The beds were not the most comfortable as they sagged. Overall not bad for the money though.

Very nice managers but this motel is old and tired. Not sure renovation would be worth it. In season they probably get a captive clientele as there are not a lot of hotels for the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.
