My daughter and I were at a quilting retreat and chose to stay at Linnea's Bed and Breakfast. Linnea's is a charming Victorian home with a warm atmosphere. It made our retreat experience so much more special than a hotel stay. Breakfast was wonderful, one day waffles with blueberries, strawberries and bananas and the next day ableskivers, a Danish specialty,...

This home is very old and full of antiques. It has been restored to have three rooms for quests. There is one common bathroom for all three rooms. The owner makes very beautiful quilts and serves breakfast. We did not have breakfast as the owner was out of town. She gave us discounted rates because she could feed us.

I stayed at Linnea's for four nights in early February; i.e., when there's snow on the ground and it can get incredibly cold outside. However, as others have noted on this site, it was very warm and comfortable inside the B&B. My room was simple yet sufficient (including a wall-mounted LCD TV), and the shared bathroom was clean with lots...

My wife & I saw this B&B while driving through Ephraim. We love B&B's and have stayed at many. Linnea's was wonderful. The temp outside was negative 10 when we pulled up, but our room was toasty warm all night long. We felt comfortable our entire stay. Linnea's B&B is a beautiful home that is over 100 years old. We...

My husband and I stayed there over night and it was a wonderful experience. We have never stayed in a bed and breakfast establishment and wanted to try one out. Everything was great! I personally loved and enjoyed seeing the antiques in the house. No pressure for anything. Linnea is the sweetest person you'll ever meet. If you want to...

Beautifully restored pioneer home decorated with lovely antiques. We stayed in one of the upstairs bedrooms in very comfortable beds. Welcoming and friendly owner who made everything just right for us. Loved relaxing in the great sitting room. Breakfast was fabulous!! and we are foodies. Homemade cheese blintzes. We will definitely come again.

The rooms were really nice, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast delicious. If you're going to be in the Ephraim-Manti area, the location is great. And the owner is really friendly and does a great job with everything.

The room was nice (family suite is large and very good for families, with it's own kitchen and bathroom), BUT the owner accused me of stealing a towel and charged me $9.33 for a new one on my credit card, even after I told her I did not take it. If you do decide to stay here I would highly...
