My wife and I stayed here in the Bear Suite for 4 days during my daughter's graduation week from Baylor. We could not have been happier with our accommodations. The Bear Suite is a Baylor themed mini apartment separate from the main house. It is very quiet and comfortable and just steps from the main house. The main is house...

What a treat! We rented the entire house with some friends to celebrate our sons' graduation from Baylor University. From the minute our feet hit the front steps, Vicky made it her mission to be sure we felt welcome, comfortable and at home. She succeeded 110%! There was delicious coffee and tea available to us around the clock, plus peppermints...

My two sisters and I stayed for one night. It was the best night of our vacation. Vicky and her daughter are so welcoming. Jennifer gave us a tour of the house before taking us to the room we had for the night. May's Attic, is so homey and welcoming. Breakfast of jalapeño quiche, fruit and sausage was fantastic. You...

I can't say enough good things about The Cotton Palace. The whole house is very well-decorated and homey, and we loved the tour and history lesson of the house when we arrived. The attic loft was perfect for the four of us on our girls' trip...so cute and comfy. Our breakfasts were delicious and served with lots of happiness and...

This is an absolutely beautiful B&B. We've stayed at over 20 B&B's and this is one of the best. The owner's service is excellent. She proclaims to be there to make you happy and she delivers! Definitely take advantage of breakfast. The food is outstanding but the highlight is the host "Dutch". I won't say more to spoil the surprise.

Staying at the Cotton Palace was one "favorite" of our experiences in Waco (and there were MANY)! Jennifer checked us in and immediately made us feel welcome. I had spoken with Vicki on the phone a couple of times and she was wonderful then, but upon our arrival, she was always going over and above to make sure we were...

Wow! Beautiful and spotless 1910 B&B owned by mother and daughter Vicki and Jennifer. From the call to reserve a room to the time we checked out we were treated with warmth, love and caring- like family. My daughter is a vegan and Jennifer the owner/chef studied recipes and made her delicious vegan meals for breakfast all four mornings we...

What a memorable experience at The Cotton Palace! Vicki and Dutch are the best innkeepers and really show how much they care about their guests. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast was spectacular! Loved meeting Dutch and hearing his stories. He is a legend and I hope to have a memory like him when I'm his age. Who knew...

We had an amazing time staying at the Cotton Palace in Waco Tx. Two moms and two senior daughters on a spring break road trip from Houston and our first stop was Waco to see the Chip and Joanna's Magnolia Market. Vicki, the hostess, was so warm, and inviting and immediately made us feel like treasured guests. The B&B is...

From the moment my girlfriends and I drove up it was a wonderful experience. The Cotton Palace is just that...a palace! The newly renovated home is the best B&B I have ever stayed in and my husband and I have stayed in many over the years. My friends and I stayed in Matt's attic and there was plenty of space...
