Quick trip to Tyler for my birthday and was not disappointed. Everyone was friendly, the room was clean (even with the horrid weather), and breakfast was ready good. Check in was quick, check out even quicker, and both ladies were all to eager to help.

came down to that area for a family member in the hospital. location was great. the breakfest lacked a few items. like no eggs gravy, bacon or sauage no bananas or biskits. over all it was a good place to stay

I appreciate you leaving a feedback about your stay. I do want to apologize that the air conditioner was set to high that damped the room and for the parking. If at anytime you are experiencing issues please inform front desk so that they have the opportunity to resolve the issue or accommodate you with a better room. It is our goal to make sure our guest have the most enjoyable stay. Your comments will be shared with our team so that we do better in making sure all equipment is set properly. Is is possible for a guest to just pay for the use of the pool area even if he/she is not going to book a room? If it's possible how much will it cost?
For LaQuinta staff: I believe I had mentioned this to Robert at the front desk. Room 105 is a handicapped room they gave us (not asked for) (she must have thought we were aged?) The room was fine, except for the fan that ran 100% of the time over the bathroom ceiling- and no way to shut it off. Please advise, can you install a switch in the door to activate the fan only when the door is closed? Or provide the customer with a wall switch? Thanks.
