Booked this room based on the fact it was a pet friendly hotel. At check in was met with a sign that read "PET FREE" hotel. Manager still didn't get the problem with this claim. Room was generally unclean and had broken fixture and broken furniture. This motel has all rooms facing to the exterior. We left quicker than we...

I checked in based upon other recent reviews. I hope mine places a bit more reality to the rating. Check in was easy. Room appeared ok, but run down. Initial bed check showed no evidence of dirt or bugs, but manufacture tag was from 2007. We ate at the run down diner for dinner, then played in the mini pool....

Checked in late on a Saturday evening in the midst of a storm, we were able to park right outside our room. The room was large and clean. It had a sitting area as well as a large bedroom with a very comfortable bed! Kuerig coffee machine was great for the wake up!! Will stay here again! Nice, clean, comfortable...

We arrived at this place right before a huge storm hit..I mean it was bad..The front desk lady was very pleasant and fast. She handed me the key to get into our room asap. The room is clean and well stocked. The sheets were clean and crisp. It is very basic but for what they charge it is actually a...

Stayed one night to visit the Rattlesnake Roundup. The room was ok although the bed was a bit lumpy. The TV worked and the bathroom was adequate. The breakfast was ok, not great. The room was a bit sloppy -- they need someone to clean it up while breakfast is being served. Choice for breakfast was adequate with the waffles...

This hitel.os definitely outdated. The first room I was given the shower didn't even work. Was switched to the room next store which was no big deal. The first room had a coffee table so weak you could almost blow it over. They offer a great breakfast! That's the best thing this hotel has to offer. Well I guess the...

The positives: internet/wifi was quite good - better than most. The room was dark and reasonably comfortable for sleeping. It had basic amenities such as a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. We paid $79 per night which seems cheap so we didn't expect or need much. Day one: coffee maker didn't work, lock on bathroom door didn't work, couch was...

Stayed here on our way to Lubbock from Dallas. For the price the rooms are great especially game weekend. Breakfast decent as mentioned. Loved the laminate wood floors instead of carpet! Microwave and fridge was convenient. A little noisy because of highway but they are all off the highway there.

You could tell it was an older motel, but it was clean and comfortable enough for an overnight stop. It was spacious too - quite large for a standard room. The check in clerk took a bit to find our reservation though - don't know if it was the fault of the booking company or if she was just new...

We were on our way home from Big Spring, Tx, to East Tx, we were tired and it was starting to rain again. We chose this place for its price & pics that were posted. The pics were accurate, the room was clean, neat & bug free. I will stay at this motel again. Thank you Country Hearth Inn from...

“I would suggest you try and get on the back side (away from the freeway) and upstairs because of highway noise. With that said, we were on the highway side - bottom floor. We could hear the big trucks some, but it wasn't loud enough to really be bothersome.”
