I've stayed at this hotel many times because of the proximity to Roanoke and cost, however I recently stopped choosing this hotel. The overall experience is average; rooms could use remodeling, the continental breakfast is super plain. The hotel staff seems to take very little pride in the hotel, no extra effort is made. On 2 separate occasions, I was...

We needed a reasonable hotel close to the work location. The rooms are clean and the bed very comfortable. I really liked the hvac. It ran continually; didn't cycle on like most wall units. There is a nice hot breakfast everyday. Only downside is no restaurant within walking distance. But restaurant row in downtown Roanoke is awesome!

Don't stay at hotels along I-35W (heavy construction and horrible traffic if Raceway is active). Instead, drive into Roanoke (about 4 miles east of I-35W corridor) and stay at the Best Western Roanoke Hotel. It is a quiet, hidden gem in an upscale area and competitively (reasonably) priced. The quality of the hotel is most evident in the cleanliness and...

Planned by business office, so not as convenient to the office, but that wasn't the fault of the hotel staff. Cute decor and comfy beds. Breakfast left a bit to be desired, but at least there's breakfast.

I booked this hotel for a UNT college visit and we did not want to stay in Denton due to the prices. Took a chance on this hotel and it turned out to be great! Very clean and décor was up to date. Simple room for us but we just needed a place to crash and relax.

Very good ratio price/quality, big rooms, gim, big parking. Very, very far from all attractions, shuttle service to the mall or to the offices works for charge, and only from 8AM to 7 PM. Smells degedrent, poor breakfast But very cheap, if you have a car - very good to stay. Breakfasts could be better.

Everything in working order this visit, and even seemed to be cleaner. Good job everyone, you made this a good 2 or 3 night stay hotel again. Keep up the good work. Small, yet very comfortable property, and very close to a lot of things to do.

Surprised by very upscale remodel finishes, which you would expect to find more at a new Hilton. Fridge, microwave but still plastic glasses and paper coffee cups...and one of those annoying individual cup coffee makers! Still, great value and excellent and safe location if Southlake or Roanoke are your destinations. Friendly service.
