Stayed here while visiting Big Bend. It is an older motel that has been renovated. Very quiet location. Felt 100% safe. Very nice staff. Parking was limited so we ended up just essentially making our own parking space, and it must have been OK because we did not hear anything about it. Bed was comfy, room was clean, shower was...

I travel a few thousand miles a month for work and am always staying in big chain hotels(which i do enjoy) bit this little hotel was fantastic, off the beaten path, little family owned hotel. The staff at check in was fantastic, got me right in and in my room within 10 minutes, the rooms all surround the pool area...

The hotel is in a good location with easy access to Old Town and the airport. The rooms were well appointed with street access. There is an attractive pool area with an outdoor bar. The only difficulty we experienced was an exceedingly noisy and raucous neighbor requiring that I lodge a complaint. The hotel staff dealt with it, ultimately evicting...

I'm spending the night in Presidio before starting on a motorcycle ride through Big Bend National Park. I didn't know anything about Three Palms Inn when I rode up to it. Pleasant surprise. I paid $78 total for a king bed in a room that I could park my motorcycle in front of. The room is spartan and clean. AC...

This is a bare bones place in the middle of the desert. We got a king suite for around $80. It was a huge room near the lobby. It had a king sized bed, a table, a hutch for clothes and TV, a study desk, 3 chairs, a fridge, a microwave plus a bathroom. The bath sink and kitchen sink...

For me I never seen Palm trees and never traveled this far and just the scenery and views from here were amazing. Right next door to Mexico and the Border Patrol I loved it! Seeing the sunrise right behind on the mountain there and the pool I loved every bit of it while I was here. I can guarantee if...

This is a hotel that serves the purpose. My room had amenities, and I was in Presidio for business. It's a stark part of the state, and with about 4500 people in town, this is a nice mid-level motel for the money. The room was clean and quiet, and the restaurant serves good food. I'd eaten there in the past,...

Stay here only if you need to be in Presidio or require proximity to Big Bend Ranch State Park (my reason). Otherwise, just keep driving to Marfa or Terlingua. I picked this hotel over the other in town, because the other hotel never answers their phone! The room is mostly clean, but really industrial and worn. You can't plug anything...

A little skimpy on the ambience but no bugs (suggested by another reviewer), clean, and with friendly staff. We had been camping so our standards were not the highest. I doubt there are many choices in town - this place is fine for 1 night.

I needed to go to Presidio, Texas for a week on business. I did read the Trip Advisor reviews, so I didn't expect much. I was nicer than I expected. The rooms were clean and everything worked. In a town of 4600 people don't expect the Four Seasons to be there. The hotel was convenient to everything ( hard not...
