After selling our beautiful 3000 sq ft house in Houston to explore life outside the box as a full-time RV family Lazy L & L Campground was our first stop. We arrived mid-February and will depart the end of April. We have truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it! The Christian owners and staff are very friendly and...

We were looking for something at the last minutes and decided to book this place online from the site without reading the review online first. The site was expensive but we decided to book anyway. Just like the last reviewer, the loud music started early and went on into the night. People were shouting and cursing at each others. There...

My husband and I felt unsafe here especially with our children. The place seems family friendly at entry, but you soon begin to realize that it is not. There are many rowdy youngsters here looking for a good time. The loud music, cussing and general sense of crazy made us very uncomfortable and fearful for our children's safety. One of...

We came here just to rent a raft for a half day trip. The place was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The equipment was in good condition. The campground is further up river than most other campgrounds. We started the float at the campground and they pick you up down river. The pick up point is just...

We really enjoyed our stay at Lazy L & L with a large group of friends. I was feeling 5 stars for our stay until my husband reminded me of the rules/costs that accompany this campground. For some the rules and costs might be a deal breaker, but I felt that this attracted a better group of people. I'll go...

Beware they want money up front and don't inform you of rules like no animals until you get there. Which I have never ran into at any campsite before . We arrived at 2 am and they then they told us not pets . I didn't argue it's there site. I did ask if there was some place else I...

We did not complete a stay here. We had made reservations on July 15 to stay there over Labor Day weekend. Unfortunately that weekend got double booked and I had to cancel. At the time of making reservations a cancellation fee was not discussed. I did not do my footwork and check their website first as we were invited by...

I won't go back to tent camp, very dusty! The ground is all dirt no grass, so everything gets dirty...Plus the neighbors are right on top of you. Nice place if you have a camper, enjoyed the restaurant, and the band they have open on the weekends. Just not a big fan tent camping in the dirt with neighbors so...

We visit Lazy l & l every year. It is very kept up and super clean. Lots of room and great entertainment in the summer. The food is great too! Devils rapids is always a hit for the kids and adults as well

My family comes to stay on River Road every year, so that we may visit. I live in New Braunfels, Tx, and was going out there to see them on Friday evening when they arrived. As I pulled up I saw the no visitors sign posted, so I explained to Ernie that I was there to see my Uncle who...
