Came here a couple of weeks and ago after reading many mixed reviews we were worried but my god was it lovely. As soon as we got to the hotel we were made welcome the receptionist Luis I think he was called was rushed off his feet but made sure everything was alright for us and even double checked everything...

Just back from 2 weeks at the Hotel Troya and rather disappointed. It's the second time we've stayed there but don't think we will again. This hotel has everything going for it being right on the promenade opposite a lovely beach and nice walks whichever way you choose to go but is ignoring the potential it has to be a...

This is in a good location , easy walking to other resorts nearby, with plenty of eating out choices very close by. The hotel is clean, food good, staff pleasant. Our room on the 1st floor with limited sea view was very nice, but the view was "limited" for sure. The system using a card type for all inclusive guests...

Stayed at the hotel Troya November 2015. The hotel is excellent. It is right on the beach and there are so many things nearby within walking distance. The pool area is superb and had a lifeguard in place at all times. We stayed half board the meals were buffet style but there was so much choice and the quality was...

We stayed here from 10th-17th November and we really miss it. We had such an amazing first holiday together! Inside the hotel: When we first arrived and looked out our balcony we were abit disappointed as it didn't have the sea or pool view that we thought we'd have. It over looked a sunbathing area where people would be right...

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday staying in Room 408. This is a standard room that has been re furbished since our previous stay. The room colours are good, the bathroom with the clouded glass door was good with a very powerful shower, that the drain struggles to clear. This is a sign of how powerful the...

This is a very functional hotel. It's clean if a little spartan, the food is good, the rooms are of an adequate size, its opposite the beach, the staff are on the whole helpful and efficient. However, if you want to sleep before 5am, make sure you have a room not on the pool side of the hotel otherwise you...

Enjojed a fabulous October half-term break at the Troya. Great sized room with bath and a side sea view. Breakfast choice excellent, but only average for evening meal. Glad we were half board, but even less reason to queue for service at pool bar, which was snail -paced. Treat not to have to be up early to get a sunbed...

stayed here for a week with my missus and had a fantastic time. We stayed all-inclusive and would definitely return due to the location and what the hotel can offer. But the staff looked very tired and rarely engaged in conversation with you. If the bar was busy I can accept that, but not once did any of the staff...

Booked a 2 week holiday half board through Thomson. The hotel presents itself quite well with looks and furnishings in the public areas, some minor blemishes with crack broken tiles in reception, nothing major. I had paid £200 extra for Club Alexandre and a sea view, I don't require a bathrobe or cheap slippers in my room, I didn't use...
