Thank you for a wonderful staying Santiago. It was amazing. So clean EVERYWHERE and well organised. We have felt so safe there. Everyone was so careful with keeping the distance and wearing masks. The sun-beds by the pool were cleaned after every use, also hand sanitiser available everywhere around the pool and the restaurant. Even though it was our 7th stay in Playa de las americas, it was the first time we stayed here. Didn’t know what to expect but it was way over all the other 4* hotels we have stayed before. The playground for kids is very well organised, clean and neat enough to keep our 5 yo busy all day long. Same for the rest of the pools. Everyone working there ,we have been in contact with , were so kind and helpful. Cleanest room I have ever been in. We will for sure return as soon as it is possible again.

This was our favourite family holiday. Perfect location with direct access to the beach. Close to bars and restaurants but not too close to be kept up at night. Amazing variety of pools. Water slides were a big hit with the children. Rooms cleaned daily. We actually visited in September 2019 but it wouldn’t let me put that as an option. It was very hot every day. We had one outburst of rain while getting ready for dinner and then it cleared and was sunny again! We loved the two storey apartment as it had a balcony on each floor. One with table and chairs and the other with sun loungers. Perfect for when the kids want to rest and you want to sunbathe! Loads of sunbeds by the pool. Usually difficult to find one after lunch, though that was never a problem for us with children! At the time you were allowed inflatables in one part of the pool. Hopefully they don’t change that! The only thing that concerned me whilst there was that people can just walk in and around the complex as there’s direct open access to the beach and the shopping centre. Although there are security guards patrolling throughout the day and night which makes it feel a bit safer! But still technically anyone could be walking in and out as they don’t check wether or not you’re staying there. There was no air conditioning in the room we stayed in so we had to hire a fan so just bear that in mind. The location is perfect for us so have booked again for next year. We were supposed to return in 2020 but due to covid it unfortunately didn’t go ahead

We spent almost two weeks in this resort and we absolutely loved our stay here. The perfect location, awesome beach, beautiful pool area and unbelievable almost botanical garden helped us to have one of the best holidays ever! This would not be possible without the help of Javier Alonso who made our stay truly special. Thank you for everything, we will be back!

We are just back after another fantastic holiday in PS111. The location is brilliant. Waking up every morning to the sound of the waves breaking on the rocks. The staff are so helpful, Matia on reception was so helpful when we wanted to extend our stay and book another stay in January. Jonathan and Joseph were so good in the restaurant, always smiling and talking with everyone. The staff at the pool do a great job cleaning and sanitising every day. Our room was kept spotless by Carmel Maria every day. Can't wait to go back again in January. Dermot and Margaret. Dublin, Ireland.
