Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Great location not to far from busy night life but you wouldn’t know it it’s cos it’s so peaceful in the complex. Very clean, spacious accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely to have our own garden area with sun beds especially as the towel bridge clam the public sun beds before the crack of dawn. Lovely beeches close by. Highly recommended.

This is our second time visit this hotel but it was not as good second time round. We had 2 rooms. The first time we visited we had a 2 bedroom refurbished room but this time it was an unfurbished and it was like chalk and cheese. The unfurbished were very dated and the fans were very loud. The second room was a duplex which was very dated and the bathroom looked very old with chipped bath paint. The bath was length ways so was very difficult to get into where as the first time we had walk in shower in upgraded apt. The WiFi is shocking in the APTS i had an engineer up twice during my stay. I had to use my own internet on my phone to even check emails. This should really be improved. As I said we had 2 APTS but 1 apt got there safe for free where as the second apt had to pay per day. When I mentioned this to reception I was told nothing they can do about it. The cleaning schedule around the pool area should really be reviewed and management should consider moving it to the evenings because you have staff power washing the pool area while people are sitting on deck chairs. Also I counted 2 days during my stay 2 security guards and 2 life guards around the pool area but yet they couldn't manage people putting down towels first thing in morning and not coming back till afternoon. I think this should be reviewed by management for the future. The cleaning staff are outstanding and so polite and friendly. I must commend the cleanliness of the whole hotel which is immaculate. The food in pool restaurant is lovely especially the pizzas.

Fantastic family holiday. We paid a great price for our 1 bedroom for 8 nights. We had a nice room with a kitchen, dining area, separate bedroom and a living area with a pull out sofa and a nice size garden. The pool is large and has a separate area for children with slides. Nice restaurants and bars and plenty of shops. Perfectly located with the beach at the back and the main shopping on the front. Will return because of the location and value

7 nights self catering in a studio apartment. Initially we were checked in by rude staff however that’s the only interaction we have needed with them which is why it’s not caused any problems to our holiday however we do agree with other reviews about the lack of customer service the receptionists provide. Our studio apartment was not a newly renovated one and on arrival it is very dated however spacious and very clean. No problems at all. The ceiling fan kept us cool and no problems sleeping. The apartment block was lovely and quiet on a night. We paid €21 for the safe for the week. We often came round the pool mid afternoon and always free sunbeds ( only 2 of us so made it easier ). The location of this hotel is the real treat. We never felt unsafe walking back in the early hours after going out, we were right on the doorstep of or everything we needed. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and certainly be returning again!

The reception staff are RUDE, especially Matias!!! They sold us a wrong ticket and blamed it to us that it's our fault. And talked us on the phone so rude and sent the right ticket with a rude message . Matias was not the one who sold us, but we were complaining and asked for the manager to talk to but they are not allowing us even where we should complain, and he was so RUDE talking us back!!! The girl in the reception doesn't know whatever we asked and just asking her colleague and she will just leave and assist the others even that you're not done and talking to her.

We have been to these apartments for many years. We stayed in one of the refurbished apartments the weather was very hot but the ceiling fan was very effective and we could sleep quite happily. The cleaners are fantastic and the cleaning around the poolside happened everyday and was very thorough. The location is fabulous with the long promenade having many fabulous bars. It’s a shame so many people ignore the rules regarding the swimming pool with the floats and I do believe there should be more lifeguards actually watching the pool and not wandering round telling people to show there wrist bands. I would highly recommend these apartments.

hotel was fine but the sunbed situation is outrageous. i went down to the pool every morning at 8 with the pool area very quiet but about 75% of the beds claimed with towels on them. There was a party of about 12 women who had someone who would come down early and put towels on the the beds and then disappear returning about noon( i had a look at the pool area at midnight one night and the area was clear of towels so it was clear that they were putting the towels early morning}. There was a lot of security staff around the pool but this was clearly allowed to happen
