Hotel was advertised as a 4 star and when we got there it was only a3 star. Bit disappointed as we paid for a 4 star. Hotel mostly germans , and very rude. Most of the staff friendly and polite with the exception of a few. Food ok.Rooms nice and big and were kept really clean as was the other parts...

I stayed at the Escorial for two weeks over the Easter period, and there was a good range of ages, from retired couples through to young families with babies. Many nationalities, but I heard German spoken more than any other language. The hotel is closing from mid April to the end of June next year (2018) for refurbishment, and it...

I've been to Las Palmas staying at Escorial, bulls hotel, a few weeks ago and it was excellent. Beginning with the hotel location, it's 2 minutes walk from the beach where you can have a nice view from the dunes which are 15 minutes walk by the beach. Cleaning in the hotel was very good as well as the rooms....

Our party of 4 stayed at the Escorial for a week in March. We had emailed the hotel to ask for upper floor rooms next to each other however, there appeared to be no knowledge of this on arrival. Our first rooms were not too pleasant however, we were allocated better rooms the following day. One of our party was...

Just returned back from 8 night away the weather was glorious and hot. The roof top sunbathing is great for relaxation and peace and quiet, the only down fall is that you have to take the lift from the 8th floor down to the 1st floor to get drinks. The food was very good and there was always something you could...

Stayed in March , requested a room on upper floors which we got , we found all the staff very helpful, we had no problem with food , plenty of variety for all tastes, Especially the freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast, I don't know why people are moaning that it is full of Germans, there were a variety of...

This was our second visit to this hotel, not much has changed, the hotel itself is in a great position. The spa downstairs is free and a great way to end the day, however I was disappointed that the steam room was unavailable due to maintenance again, I think it is complete broken and they just haven't bothered to fix...

Visited with group of friends in March. After reading room tips from previous reviewers I emailed the hotel asking for a higher floor (5, 6 or 7) with sun late afternoon/evening. When we arrived they had indeed allocated rooms on 5th floor with late sun. You get a mountain view but unfortunately also a view of main road and motorway...

Booked on price and good reviews. However it didn't deliver in my opinion. It's clean but a little bit dated and seems to be stuck in the 70s. I was surprised at the number of elderly people staying here, plus it was packed with German guest over 60 🚫 Too many flies annoying you buy the pool☉ plus some on...

We had a Seaview on the 8th floor, big mistake, the doors in the room do not eliminate the noise from the street or the people next door. Tv choice-sky news international sky comedy catered for German guests. There is a sun deck which is cleaned about 8 am and we were on the floor underneath and the cleaners dragged...
