We went all inclusive. Was upgraded from a studio to 1 bedroom apartment courtesy of the hotel. Apartment was clean and fit for purpose. No air con, kettle (used a saucepan for hot water) or hairdryer.

I’m not a regular holiday hotel user, I was quite shocked with the level of quality, however, I did hear a number of people complain about the poor state of the rooms allocated, being told they can pay 20€ per night upgrade.
Putting aside the quality of the room, it was clean, we actually thought the shower was very powerful (surprise) and although no aircon, we did manage to sleep well enough. My best advice, accept the room as it is, use it as a base and enjoy the resort, the best beach is about 4 minuets walk to the right as you look out to see, make sure you check out the Westend restaurant on the right hand side walking up the main road towards the big shopping centre and enjoy as best you can😎 don’t forget to reveiw
