M. booked our 10 night stay via Thomson Holidays. All went really well. We were allocated Room 523 by the charming reception staff. The location is lovely and we enjoyed the long promenade walks and the ease of access to them via the garden gate. Food buffet style but plenty of choice with lots of healthy options. I particularly enjoyed...

This was our 2nd visit in 2yrs . 1st visit would give at least a 4.5 but only 4 this time round. Reason being that we found there are areas in the running of the hotel they have cut back on although only slightly. Evening Entertainment was noticeably poorer this year with the same 2 acts within 7 days. Photos...

Three VERY relaxing weeks over Xmas and the new year.. Lovely room.Really good, hard working staff. Excellent food. Good library. Even premium brands included at the bar. What stopped me from giving 5 out of 5. Plastic incontinence sheet on the mattress resulting in me waking up soaked with perspiration until I removed it. Over- loud "music" in the bar area...

We enjoyed the location of this hotel, as it was in a nice quiet resort but there are nice walks along to neighbouring towns. It also had easy access to the beach. The food was to a very high standard and meat could be cooked from fresh if requested. Plenty choice in a relaxed atmosphere, with seats outside which I...

Booked through Easy Jet holidays half board excellent value considering the time of year. Quick taxi ride from airport to hotel (booked via internet before travelling 68 euros return x2 adults & luggage ) Amazing food so much choice & gluten free catered for which was great. Only disappointment one breakfast time when the boiled eggs were actually burnt! Bizarre!...

Very quiet area in Gran Canaria. Nice flat walk along promenade all the way to Maspalomas (around 5 miles).Immaculately clean throughout. Spa is fantastic facility not to be missed; free if all inclusive. All indoor hotel staff very polite and friendly. Staff behind pool bar less friendly and lack smiles. Like the sunbed ticket idea, worked well. Plenty of choice...

We have just spent two most enjoyable weeks here (booked through Saga) over Christmas and the new year period. Fabulous Saga hotel reps - Mark and Carol - dealt with all eventualities with great efficiency and good humour. However we were told by fellow guests that Saga may replace its wonderful resident hotel reps with the services of a 'local...

This is the 5th year, we have visited this hotel, so after speaking to guests last year, who recommended a Xmas stay, we opted to give it a try and booked for over the Christmas holiday. It's the first time we had been away from home at Xmas and it gave the family a bit of a shock, that the...

Lovely location; only a 25 min taxi from the airport (€68 return), adjacent to the beach with access directly onto the public promenade. Older building but recently refurbished. Rooms a good size, most have a direct sea view (at a cost) and some a "side sea view" which are cheaper - beware, these side view rooms are over the hotel...
