We spent 4 nights in this amazing ocean front hotel and really had a great time. It’s really well located with plenty of restaurants and activities near by. I wanted to say thank you to the following people : Amai Cati Laura Jordana Raoul who truly made our stay amazing with their help, kindness, professionalism and great recommendations. Thanks again also to the rest of team as well for taking good care of us. We will definitely come back when we get the chance. Many thanks again…. William Voisin
The hotel was modern & clean. The staff couldn’t help enough. The breakfast was fantastic and plenty of choice. Pool area clean and relaxing. Roof top pool not a lot of sun loungers and not much shade ( it gets hot) but great for an afternoon . Had lunch a couple of times and no complaints, well priced and tasty. A nice surprise when they left a not and bottle of fizz for my partners birthday. Rooms are not very big was the only down side . Would definitely go back!
The Mrs and I traveled to ponsa on the 5th September.first time to this resort and stayed in the casa del mar. We were checked in promptly and was in room 231 on the second floor pool facing which we upgraded to after reading reviews of being stuck in a crap room at the back of the hotel. The room was clean and functional with comfy beds and good telly(English channels) and air con.fridge for your water and a good powerful shower, complimentary shower stuff and hand sanitizer. Nice pool area downstairs clean and in the decking style.on top of the hotel is an infinity pool overlooking the whole beachfront which you never got tired of and there were the comfy four poster style beds to lounge on ,a bar for drinks and food ( complimentary drink on arrival). This is an international hotel and breakfast and meal times had plenty of choice with good salads and several different starters, main courses, grilled meat station, deserts fresh fruit and cheese and biccies.the classic Spanish bacon and crap sausage was always available ( you’d think being a four star hotel the chef would know how to brown the sausage!) the clue would be in that nobody was eating it.egg station cooking fresh omelette and fried eggs.I could always put something together and enjoy it.but I could see how some people might struggle. The location of the hotel is bang on, with one side with all the tribute bands and Irish bars and the other side with the quieter not so rowdy bars on the other.boat trips were good and the beach was lovely but we spent most of our time upon the roof to quote a drifters song lol.overall we had a lovely stay at the casa del mar and would deffo return to this hotel.the only disappointment for me is that the steam room spa and jacuzzi were closed due to COVID which I was quite looking forward to.…
We were due to visit in May when covid took us into lockdown so it got cancelled, biting the bullet we decided to book a last minute 5 night stay, half board and pool view, booking in went smoothly and the room was available on arrival, everything explained clearly, the hotel is spotlessly clean, the food is fabulous, covers all nationalities, the upstairs roof top pool is 100% plenty of beds and the infinity pool has the best views on Santa Ponca... I would highly recommend to anyone, when I needed to print paperwork for our return trip , reception couldn't have been more helpful. So a big shout out to all staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We will be back
Just returned from the H10, location Is the best right opposite the beach, Roof pool stunning plenty of sunbeds. Rooms are nice if you get a good view. Saul on the animation is great trying to get everyone involved in his daily dancing. Stayed bed and breakfast plenty of selection. Reception could be staffed more as sometimes only one staff and queues forming, but a special mention to Raul on reception he was fantastic at his job and always happy to help, as was Laura, would return to this hotel and would highly recommend.
