The hotel Eurosalou offers great food and dining experience. Beautiful seafood and a great selection of cooked meats continental and European. Great selection of desserts. Everything about the holiday was really good except we all got covered in mosquito bites which for most of us were very painful and ugly to look at (6 of us) 7 different remedies were purchased from pharmacies but none of them actually touched it I returned home yesterday and now have a doctor's appointment for today because of the pain and discomfort in my legs and arms. Salou in general needs to sort this problem out before it puts off all visitors I would not say that the hotel was to blame but it did leave a cloud over the holiday two weeks is a long time to be in discomfort and pain

Had a lovely week at this hotel. Staff were lovely. Food was great, something for everyone. We travelled as a family with 2 children who have Autism, staff were lovely with them. The pool side was not big enough for one of our children who doesn't do well with large crowds, so we spent every day at the beach which was brilliant. The bar staff were fantastic with us all. We didn't stay for the night entertainment because of our adult children with Austim so we went out to bars around the Hotel. A massive shout out to Moss bar and Restaurant and El tabor bar once again absolutely brilliant. I was worried seeing all the negative comments but we had a good week

The hotel was fine, staff very friendly and helpful. We arrived around 10am and we could go to our room straight away. The room was tidy and clean, the restaurant space was good and the food was good, a bit disappointed with the outdoor space, the swimming pool looks much smaller than it is in the pictures. There was not enough sunbeds and umbrellas, people used to stand outside to get a spot. They open the swimming pool area after 10am and we didn’t have a chance to catch a space during our 5 days stay because we used to go to the beach in the mornings so no chance to have a sunbed after that. The evening entertainment was very very simple and basically for kids, quite boring for adults without kids. They have a Spa at the hotel but you have to pay around €20 per hour to use the space. We requested a lunch pack as we would spend the lunch hours at the water park, but unfortunately the lunch was incredibly disappointing and distasteful. We received 2 sandwiches where the bread slices seemed from yesterday’s breakfast and each with one slice of prosciutto, no butter or anything else. One of the fruits was already moulding. Additionally, two of the croissants were also not fresh at all. I suggest you to prepare something yourself during the break instead of asking for a lunch pack if you don’t want to spend money elsewhere, we end up buying food at the water park. We know that the hotel is 3 stars so wasn’t expecting so much anyway.

Came back yesterday from a 9 night stay with my husband and 8 year old son. The room was on the small side but we didn't go on holiday to spend it in the room. It was really clean, the shower was great and the air conditioning worked brilliantly. There was plenty of choice at all 3 meal times. My husband eats anything, I'm quite picky and my 8 year old likes to try new things. We all found plenty to eat and my son enjoyed trying pork cheeks, dog fish, clams and mussels. Some of the reviews mentioned that the seating in the restaurant wasn't great. We saw plenty of people letting their children stand on the seats with their shoes on and whilst they were eating, hence dropping food. This isn't the staff's fault. All the staff worked really hard and we found them all to be helpful and friendly. A few words in Spanish to them goes a long way. The animation team was brilliant and our son loved the 3 girls who were amazing with the children. The mini disco was a real hit with him.

This was our 5th time staying here as we love the hotel in general. Staff really nice and friendly considering they were understaffed and ran ragged. However there wasnt the same choice of food as pre covid (smaller selection) and the entertainment was far better when it was outside around the pool area. Also lack of sunbeds (although we never struggled to get one), the pool area was wall to wall sunbeds pre covid. Previously acts were brought in like magician, flamenco dancers and tribute acts, this year only the animation team who tried their best. All that said I would still come back to the hotel whenever visiting Salou

Visited 28th of July to 4th of August. It was spontaneous, last minute booking with the Jet2holidays, all inclusive. After we booked I started reading the reviews and nearly regretted we did not do better research on the hotel as it really did not sound promising. Our holiday started on 28th of July. Having 1st stopped by another 3* hotel by the shuttle, our fear of disappointment grew, but our stop being next, we were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming, quite grand entrance of Eurosalou. check in was very slow, and receptionist, older generation seemed quite slow and not very efficient, appearance looked tired. I kept forgetting we are in 3* hotel as previously had stayed in 4* and I also have experience in hospitality, so observing and judging comes as second nature to me. As check in was early, we were given keys to store luggage n a room in basement, that yes, dis smell wile, of mold. We sat in the bar and started enjoying our package. Interior appeared modern, pleasant, but bar, throughout our stay, did smell like there are plumbing issues. However , it did not smell outside by pool, like other reviews suggested, and area was modern and nice. Pools is small for amount of rooms, and queuing for the loungers start before 10 am, but , actually, there was never an issue to get a lounger, as many were stacked , you just had to move them yourself. We only spent 2-3 days by pool, as had theme parks included for 3 days, also went to Terragona by bus one day. Food. I don't know what other people expectations were, but it was plenty of choice,, warm and hot, always stocked up, and delicious. Staff move fast, give them a break! Seriously can not fault staff! Unless you worked in hospitality, you will not appreciate this was good for 3*. Our room was 2x double beds, facing the street. We considered changing to pool side, but were told that rooms on pool side are smaller, our room was not small at all, probably bigger that family room in premier inn. Street was actually nice and quite romantic. Room was cleaned daily, although bedding was not changed in 7 nights, that did surprise me, but I am not too fussed, had I asked probably would not have been an issue. Considering hotel only been renovated recently, couches in reception looked quite dirty, so upgrading to wipe clean o0nes should be considered quite soon. Taxi to puoerto aventura costs 9 to 12/13 euros. Bus to Terragona, 3.40 euros. Overall, good location of hotel, quite central, walking distance to town or beach, so to me it exceeded 3* rating and I am giving it 4*. Start of holiday was mainly English, bit towards the end it was mainly french and spanish. Entertainment was enough for us, as we did not spent all days by pool, were out and about equally. Air con in rooms was working perfectly.

We stayed here with our two children aged 4 and 7 end of July and had a nice time. Positives and negatives... Negatives are the pool area stank... The outside toilets are near the pool and are very unhygienic and the smell hits you as soon as you are outside. The bar service outside was very slow, and the rooms are very small but what you would expect for a 3 star hotel. I enjoyed the food but my husband didn't, the children's entertainment team were fantastic eith the kids and even put on activities for the adults everyday. Mini disco every night the children loved and kids club twice a day is available. Although the pool was nice it was too small for us and the lifeguard won't allow floats in the pool based on this we won't return to this hotel as it took the fun away for the kids. Shame. Overall we had a pleasant stay but next time we will go to 4 star. Thank you Eurosalou.

Had a great week, the hotel was very clean and the food was lovely with plenty of choice, always pasta, potatoes, chips etc….The staff were all very pleasant. Our room was cleaned everyday, the animation team were great my children loved the mini disco and Palmy!!! The pool is on the small side but we went to the beach in the morning and used the pool in the afternoon, the kids still loved it. People did queue in the morning for sun beds! We will definitely be back we stayed in room 410 and had a view of the pool & side view 😊. Don’t be put off by the bad reviews. Great hotel & holiday 🌞

I rate this hotel a 1 when we arrived had to wait 1hour 40mins for room in the mean time had go store our luggage in a room that smelt vile, then went to the food hall and the chose of food looked good however when got it was cold most the time and as the week went on the food was the same everyday, we then get our room 😀 which was OK clean however very small and never got a pool view was on the outside facing hotel then We go down to the pool no sun loungers as only about 75 in whole hotel with about 700+ rooms so every morning there was a queue to get a sun lounger and trying to get a sun brolly well that was another matter about 10 in whole area, we then went in pool and Inflatables allowed 😡 the life guard loved his whistle just blowing telling kids off for stupid things. The entertainment was bad for kids but adults was shocking and it all finished at 11pm and by 12 yoy had to be in room as a security man come and moved you and they turn all the light off outside leaving u sat in the dark, not worth all Inclusive and would never go back, cleanliness was good and some staff was lively and last note they seem to put the British on the outside of hotel so facing other hotel and all the Spanish etc in the middle facing the pool

Dear guest, first of all, thank you for taking the time to leave this comment, as it is the best way for us to improve. We are sorry that your stay with us was so negative. We apologise if the temperature of the food was not what you expected and that you did not get sun loungers. We do not have that many rooms and we do not allocate rooms according to nationality. We are sorry that your stay with us was so negative. As we always do, we will continue to work to improve each of our services.
