Stayed here with my family, food and drink was ok, the downside I would say is there’s not anything to do around this hotel apart from bars etc and is quite a trek from the main Salou Beach which we visited twice but there is another beach a couple of miles away which we used a taxi every time returning to the hotel from Beach, the hotel is very close to airport reus which is good, the bars and restaurants attract a lot of wasps which absolutely done all of our heads in,

I've stayed at this hotel many times now, always in May or September so I can't comment what its like in the summer months, & always all inclusive. I've never had any major problem with the place or the food. The only issue I've ever had here is that the walls are very thin & if you get noisy people next door then its not great, however I've been mostly lucky in this regard.

This hotel was situated in a lovely location, quiet and away from main part of Salou. A walk of about 30 mins along the sea to get into salou was beautiful and we loved walking to the shore at night. The hotel itself... Staff were miserable, except the lively Swedish girl at the bar. The drink situation was ridiculous. As mentioned in either reviews the cars in exchange for a drink, plastic glass was small and u could only get one drink at a time. So annoying, felt like u were 2nd class citizen if u were all inclusive. The lunch and dinner were good but snacks were rubbish and obky served in upstarts restaurant. No snacks by pool. Upstairs hot tubs were nice but children who were non stop swearing spoilt it. Walls between rooms paper thin so kept up all night with noise from other rooms. Have been to salou in summer and was too touristy, October perfect for temperature and relaxation.

It would not be my choice for a personal holiday, but it was fine for a school trip. The hotel is near a bus stop into town (you can buy a card for cheaper multiple trips). There is a supermarket closeby, open til 10pm. The bar area had lots of chairs and tables and was child-friendly until about 10pm. We had all our rooms in one corridor, which is unusual and helpful. They squeezed four students to a room. The other guests were noisier than us!! Paper-thin walls and cold at night. The water poured through the glass bricks in the stairwell on a rainy night. Balcony is a good size, bathroom is fine. The buffet restaurant is ideal for teenagers but i did not like the food and it was cold. You can come down between 7.30-9pm, which is flexible too. Salou has not changed in years and is more for a British tourist who likes British food. I prefer Tarragona.

Walls are paper thin. Had to pay for an iron, a remote control and a kettle. I'm on my 3rd day here and feel like crying. There's nothing around here. It's dated and extremely noisy. I'm giving one star because I have to give something but if I could give it zero I would. If you're looking for something comfortable and want a good holiday, look elsewhere and please please read the bad reviews.
