Overall great location, very clean and good value for money. Reception is a bit slow with only 1 person checking people in. Can be a long wait with it taking 15 minutes to check someone in. Friendly staff and very clean.

Wonderful experience overall. The staff is helpful and speaks English as well as French. There's a bar and a restaurant within the hotel. You can eat a la carte or buy breakfast or dinner for open buffet from the restaurant at a very reasonable price. The buffet options are enough and food is decent. It's much better and cheaper than what you'll eat outside. The beach is really close and is very calm compared to the big main beach. It's a sandy beach and there is a place you can rent sunbeds, umbrellas, have snacks and get drinks. There are showers and WC. Also, there's a place you can rent water activities. Overall, great beach experience. The room in the hotel is spacious, good wifi, clean, good housekeeping. There's nothing I can think of th complain. One minor thing is the close space. It was really limited but not unmanageable. There are MANY restaurants and shops nearby and an arcade just across the hotel so we were never out of options on what to do. One very big watch out about Salou is the parking problem. You may look for hours. The hotel parking was full so we couldn't find a place. The first day it took us 3 hours to find parking and we never moved our car until the day we left. Overall, I'd definitely visit Salou and this hotel again.

We stayed at this hotel for 11 nights and loved it!! Very clean, friendly and chilled. I would 100% stay again. So heres the tips: Dogs are allowed but only on floors 1 - 3 so if you want to avoid this request an upper room. The rooms facing the pool are quieter as not facing the arcade... however the arcade closes around 12 and its Salou, chances are you still gonna be out so dont stress it. The restaurant attached to the hotel is amazing for 12€ and service is really good. The pool nice and warm if you use it but quite small. However we never saw more than 3 people in it. There are alot of optional extras... eg safe worked out 30€ for 11 nights, parking is 12€ per day BUT parking on the streets around nearby is free. The receptionist will tell you which are free (white bays free, blue bays paid). We never had to pay. Nice area, 5min to beach and on the edge of the bar area so quiet but 2min later can be in the noise

We stayed here as a group of 6 in 3 rooms. We were lucky to get pool side rooms as the front of the hotel was really noisy all night due to arcade and surrounding bars. It’s in a great location near bars, restaurants and local supermarkets. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. Local bus stop virtually outside. The evening buffet food wasn’t great. Strange selection of luke warm foods, mainly consisting of seafood. The breakfast buffet made up for this and was varied and fresh and in constant supply. The restaurant menu was ok and prices reasonable. Food was fresh and tasty. The waiting staff really friendly and efficient. Rooms were a good size, the beds were extra comfortable and the bath was a nice addition. Downsides were a small balcony, and a very noisy air conditioner. The pool was small but had plenty of sun beds and parasols. It is covered by the shade from the surrounding buildings so doesn’t get full sunshine all day. Not ideal if you’re a sun worshipper. Also, they demand a 200 euro damage deposit. Preferably in cash! Overall a lovely stay but as a 4* hotel I’d could do better.
