Stayed here for 4 nights and couldn’t be more impressed ! Staff were so so friendly to us and helpful and friendly from ordering taxis to the two super kind men andreas and his friend who brought cocktails up to us at the roof top pool!! This hotel is 5 star, showers with baths , central location close to the beach the shops all! Only thing that we disliked about this hotel was the breakfasts unfortunately they let themselves down with this but considering it was inclusive we weren’t expecting much! Deffo worth paying the extra for room with pool view! Cocktails from the bar are so cheap and tasty! Reception staff are more than happy to help you! Room is tidied every day by the cleaners who are also very friendly! Would come back again if I come to salou again!
I stayed here about a year and a half ago. Before arriving,I had fainted at the airport.(Due to lack of sleep, the heat etc)The receptionist at Las Vegas hotel(A Spanish lady,I think her name was Eileen or Irene)could not have been kinder. She escorted me to my room, ask if I needed a doctor, got me some bottled water, waited till I got into bed and came to check on me an hour or so later.Above and beyond duty! She enquired as to how I was each day.The hotel is immaculately clean and the food delicious. The hotel entertainment was quite good. The only probably for me was the hotel is on a hill, and I have a respiratory problem, although I don't think it would be much of a problem for most people. It is only a few minutes from the town.Fantastic value for money!
I visited last year with my two sons and family the hotel itself is on a large steep hill so get your walking shoes on! The actual hotel is beautiful the interior is nice the food was good but god forbid you have any children! My two were the only children in the hotel we saved up and looked forward to our holiday and we ended up avoiding the hotel completely except to eat and sleep my children and myself went in the pool and were not causing any trouble whatsoever just swimming and laughing away and the lifeguard gave us into trouble the other guests were 99% older couples who didn’t appreciate children in the pool and made it clear we weren’t welcome so we ignored this and spoke to reception who advised us to carry on as normal so we went and bought a float from the shop DIRECTLY across from the hotel and went in the pool now I was laying on my float to have a rude lifeguard blow his whistle and shout to get out the pool I asked what I had done apparently no floats are allowed ? This hotel is a joke for families I was actually thinking of leaving completely my children had a horrible time as did we all ! The entertainment is singers in Spanish so again not for children or families... I will absolutely never be back!! We spoke to others on the bus who loved there hotels which were ALOT cheaper and child and family friendly. I’m am absolutely disgusted at the way we were treated and would avoid here at all costs! …
Beautiful clean friendly hotel.we stayed here for 11 days last June. Our second time two years running.i broke my ankle and staff where so helpful.Hope to return again soon. Single rooms available with no surcharge which where great for my Austic daughter who needed her own space.
Stayed at the hotel in October, the week before they closed for the winter. Reception and bar area are beautifully decorated. All staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are a good size and cleaned every day, free safe (it is on the floor so a bit awkward to access) and fridge which is great. Stayed in a pool view room which was worth the extra money. We went half board, you could change to having a meal at lunch time instead of night if you wished. The food was consistently good and of a very high standard. Hotel is in a great location with a side gate to access the property so you don’t have to walk up the hill. Close to the shops a five minute walk. Looked at reviews before booking but I think some people expect too much. Great hotel and would stay again. Could not complain about anything.…
