Just returned from a week at Las Vegas hotel and had a fab holiday. Location ideal for the beach, shops and bars etc. Beautiful bar area and the hotel is spotless. 4 pools, 3 of which can get a bit shaded, but we preferred to be at the rooftop area which has a plunge pool and is adult only, a choice of sun beds and seating, can be busy but we always got sun beds. Also has a bar and we didn’t think the prices were unreasonable. Views are spectacular. Visit the rooftop at night for a drink and watch the sunset, beautiful. Staff friendly and we didn’t have any issues with them. Our room was 425 which had everything we needed including a free safe and fridge. Lifts never a problem. However this room was to the side of the hotel away from the pool and it didn’t get the sun at all so we never used the balcony, definitely pay the extra for pool view, we will next time. My only real complaint is the food, def not 4 star in my opinion, limited choices, long queues and not a lot of variety over the week. We swapped dinner for lunch several times so we could eat dinner out, so many lovely places to eat out in Salou. We will def return but would probably opt for B&B basis and pool view room ☀️…
This is an average hotel in a great location just 5 mins walk from a beautiful beach. The reception area and lobby are impressive but the pool areas are severely lacking; very shaded and small with a lack of sunbeds. We spent the entire week on the beach which was no hardship; you can walk out for what seemed like miles and still only be chest deep. The rooms were small but adequate with a furnished balcony; not the best air con but neither was it the worst I have ever came across. The food was mediocre and long queues made it all a bit of a chore with the end result disappointing. I also have to say the restaurant staff were not the friendliest - smiles bypass any language barrier. There is no entertainment but with so much on the doorstep, it didn’t really matter. Although the hotel does not wow, I would return because of the location and I loved Salou.…
Here now and got to say totally surprised how nice this hotel is reception staff lovely...rooms lovely and clean.. went for evening meal even though there was a que the food was lovely and hot recent stays in other hotels the food is always Luke warm but this was hot so was well shocked... haven't had breakfast as yet so can't comment but if it's as nice and hot as the other meal I will be happy...I would definitely book this hotel again when we come back to salou...so please ignore the negative comments and book here you won't be disappointed.
Excellent hotel with beautiful interiors and 3 different pools, 2 of which are adult only. There’s a large games room for kids and families. The beds are really really comfortable and rooms spacious. The staff were very accommodating and nice. There was a large selection for breakfast that catered for all tastes. The location in salou was 5-10 mins walk from shops and beachfront restaurants. Although we had a hire car, the bust stop for portaventura was only 10 min walk from hotel. Had a great time with family. Couldn’t fault this hotel or staff!!!
I booked this for my boyfriend’s birthday and I would never come back the food looked like it was reheated and my god I don’t even wanna think about the food they were trying to give us in the hotel was in a good location but that’s the only good thing the drinks on the top pool was bad the rooms had no English on the telly we are not much drinkers butwe had 1 or 2 in the room at half 11 and cause we were talking people next door we’re banging on the walls. And we booked tickets for the water park off the hotel and she gave us the wrong park and we never got our money back witch was 105 and we waisted money going to the park and back they can’t speek great English and I do not think it is great for family’s as there is no internment i would definitely not come back
Great - Location, all staff. food, hygiene throughout hotel .free safe and fridge in room. Not so great -Limited veggie food available [however chef did say he could make something if asked ] Air con in rooms could be colder Overall i would return
This is a lovely hotel with 4 pools to choose from including a stunning rooftop plunge pool & terrace with Balinese beds & stunning views. Rooms are great with comfy beds, hotel is spotless throughout. Grounds are very well maintained. The only negative is the breakfast, very little choice of hot food & hot food is poorly prepared, which is a shame considering everything else at the Las Vegas is very impressive! I would definitely stay again but on room only basis.
This hotel is located in the centre of Salou so all the bars, attractions and beaches are within walking distance. The hotel was so clean and had everything you could want! 4 pools each very clean and pleasant to spend time in. The rooms were spacious and though the bathroom was a shower/wet room we found it was never damp and always cleaned daily. The staff at this hotel are simply the best I have come across and so welcoming, no question was too much and they were very good to offer local advice. We opted for a bed and breakfast rate but you could pay at the hotel reception for lunch and dinner if you changed your mind. Not a bad word about it, loved the whole trip!
Overall hotel very good staff good V clean. Room spacious, bathroom plenty of room. Balcony great. Pool fab if you could get a sun bed, not enough sun umbrellas Food 3.5 out of 5, a bit Sammy. Bar prices fine. V close to all amenities. Had an enjoyable vacation. Would use hotel again.
The food was bland, tasteless and way below any 4star hotel I have previously stayed in , I don't class 2 rabbit dishes on the same night one of which was a rice dish with rabbit bones including a rib cage very appealing... The breakfast was OK, we ate mostly continental as the bacon was some sort of ham covered in oil ..!!! Any other 4 star had fresh omelets available on a hot plate with a chef freshly preparing that on request The evening meals had a hotplate cooking a variety of meat and fish THIS IS WHAT IS EXPECTED IN A 4 STAR HOTEL The food was so unappetising we ate out 5 of the 9 night stay.. on a plus the location is excellent, and close to a lot off good restaurants (BRING EXTRA SPENDING MONEY ) The majority of staff have poor English yet 70% off the guest were English speaking There was only CNN News in English on the TV, we had an elderly member of our party which retired in the afternoon to his room…
