Just back from one of the best holidays in years. Hotel is wonderfully located surrounded by little shops and restaurants, not to mention a nice 10 minute stroll from the main beach in Salou. Hotel itself was spotless and bar/pool area very well run. We chose all inclusive during our stay of one week, and were very pleased with the deal. Nothing is too much trouble for the bar staff who were always very courteous and obliging, not to mention who work extremely hard. Mealtimes were a pleasure, and we particularly enjoyed the themed nights celebrating food from different cultures. Spanish night was very authentic. There is a selection of meat and fish every night which the chefs will cook fresh from the fridge, and also pancakes and omelet's freshly made for breakfast. All mealtimes offer an array of fresh salads and fruit etc. and a wide variety of breads and pastries. There is simply something there for everybody, even the most pickiest of eaters! The rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable, with fabulous power showers and fresh white towels changed every day. The rooms also provide free safety deposit boxes and minifridge's which came in very handy for storing cold drinks . The entertainment is ran by two young women who also run the children's club and various games each day, such as Waterpolo, billiards etc. There is entertainment on most evenings in the large outdoor area beside the swimming pool which is nice to relax at as the evenings draw in. The hotel also has a bicycle hiring service. If you fancy a bit of pampering, there is a full spa area, in which beauty treatments and massages are available to book. There is also a hairdresser situated inside the hotel. All in all we would find it very hard to find fault with the hotel as we had a very relaxing time, particularly around the pool which provide free sunbeds and umbrellas of which there are plenty. There is also 3 smaller children's pools with plenty of room for seating for watchful parents. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends in the future and hopefully will return again for another brilliant holiday.

This was my gransons first flight holiday abroad and though i couldnt fault the hotel it maybe wasnt geared for Brits. The hotel was clean all the all and the food was ok ,though not always warm, but though the two young lady reps worked hard all day and did try talking English the night time entertainment was poor ,over a week 2 days playing bingo in various languages, 1 line and a game in a hour does drag plus a karaoke night not the best nights Maybe a bit of disco might help and maybe playing some music during the day might help As i say the hotel was always clean and being cleaned ,also a shout out to the pool attendants the was a accident in one of pools and he professionaly did his job cleaned up box the pool of ,well done. overall just a few minor teaks (and british tv would be good) and this could be a good 4 star hotel .

Stayed here for a week with family, 14 of us altogether, adults and children. The hotel was lovely and clean. After postponing for a year it was great to get away. We were looked after really well by the staff..especially the guys behind the bar... Abdel and Manuel in particular. They were brilliant and couldn't do enough for us. They gave us good advice about places to visit and were brilliant with the kids, especiallythe younger ones.....having 2 teenagers I thought they would get bored pretty quick but they didnt. They loved it. The food was good and so was the evening entertainment. There was something for everyone. Would deffo recommend this hotel and will 100% be returning.

Really good holiday after a COVID riddled 2 years. The hotel was pleasant and the amenities were really good. From the very first day the receptionist did their upmost to book in 14 people from 3 different family’s and it went as smooth as it could after a few hours of travelling, we were in our rooms with no hassle. The entertainment was amazing throughout the day and night considering the restrictions which constrict us all at this time, from the pool activities to the night acts we were all made to feel welcome and involved. The food was excellent with different themes for different nights as well as the food at the bar side which was run more professional than you would think it would. The bar staff were amazing throughout the holiday, always friendly and always there to help, Adbel and Manuel did more than just serve they provided their local knowledge, experience and expertise as well as adding a personal touch to the holiday they made it worth while. The whole bar and restaurant staff did an amazing job and I would definitely recommend a stay at this Oasis hotel.

Stayed here recently and what can I say i was luck to get my holiday. Glad I did found the location brilliant alot quieter but still enjoyable. Rooms clean and mentained staff In general helped with anything they could but what a god send when you find a hidden treasure like abdel who was so clued up in the resort . Was wonderful to find someone in the hotel who could communicate with everyone in different languages. Other than abdel at the bar some of the staff seemed it was a hassle as they only spoke Spanish although they did state other languages were spoken. Will definitely return to salou and the oasis park as felt really welcomed with abdel and his customer service goes above and beyond thanks for a relaxing break.please tell abdel to keep smiling and keep up the wonderful work he does. Hopefully see you all again soon xx
