We are currently on our 3/4th day here at this hotel and i have absolutely no complaints. The hotel has predominantly spanish guests, which i have to say has been a pleasure,we are enjoying the feel of a real spanish holiday. The rooms are spotless and the hotel staff have been very friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. The food is fine, always something for everyone, pool snacks are a bonus. We have stayed in many budget hotels all over spain And the canary islands. However this is the first to give you free water at all times and crisps and nuts to snack on. Perfectly located, social distancing measures spot on, thoroughly enjoyable and would definitely return. Thank you Jaime 1, keep up the good work , we are currently staying in room 412 with a pool view which is perfect.and plan to enjoy the rest of our time here, would highly recommend this place.

This is a massive hotel spread over two buildings and was extremely busy. Had to queue for meals which were adequate but nothing special. It's clientele appeared to be mostly Russian and in general I found the women to be quite rude ...... and no, I'm not a 'little Englander'! Location is quite good and the price was excellent but I doubt that I'll be making a return visit.

A 3* hotel in a great central location in Salou near to everthing you want from a holiday i.e. beach, restaurants, cafes, bars, nightclubs, supermarket etc. Upon check in you get an electronic wrist band which gains you keyless enrty to your room entry to the hotel restaurants for meals and if your on all inclusive drinks at the bars, they have done this for the last two years and it's so modern and conveinent. The rooms themselves are clean and tidy with flat screen tv A/C and are fairly spacious with maid service everyday, there is a safety deposit which you pay a refundable 10 euro deposit and a daily charge of 3.50 euros prehaps the only negative about the room is there are only 2 plugs to recharge or plug in your electrical stuff and remember to bring your own kettle if you want a cuppa in the morning. The food in the restaurants we found was good normal buffet selection but in the height of season there is the addition of the outside Barbarcoa restaurant open for lunch with Paella and dinner for BBQ, also there was the choice in the Miro block of English and continental breakfast in the mornings til midday followed by Mexican flavours for lunch and pizza pasta for dinner. The pool area is clean and tidy with a pool bar which we found the service to be hit or miss service wise, a new grassed area by the second pool which you could just lay a towel down and catch the rays or great for the young ones to run around on without slipping. There's ample facilities for the kids, games room, play ground, mini golf etc and for the adults there is a limited spa type area along with badmington and tennis courts and gym.The hotel offers night time entertainment mini disco and show aimed at more the local clientel and there is a nice bar in the main building block for an after dinner drink there are also vending machines all around the different blocks offering soft drinks.water and snacks for the late night people. This was our 3rd visit as we were attending Salou Soul music holiday and we love the hotel as it has what we need for our stay and we will return again.

This is a big 3 star hotel, very busy and popular. The aircon room was spacious with flat screen TV on the wall, 2 USB ports on the wall and the water temperature in the shower was spot on, it was also cleaned everyday. The food in the restaurant was quite good and with plenty of variety, though the restaurant can be a bit chaotic. The pool in the afternoons can be busy too. Hotel is in the heart of Salou. If you want a quiet holiday this is not the hotel for you.
