Excellent value clean and comfortable staff very helpful and excellent food ,close to the beach and centre of Salou plenty of buses to visit La Plana Beach and Tarragona. I would stay there again Do take some euros to hire a kettle in your room and to pay public transport they are very reasonable 3/50 one way to Tarragona

Had a lovely time here. Firstly just want to let people know that we came from England and had to pay hotel 15 euros for tourist tax. It wasn’t a problem but no one told us about this. Hotel very clean, rooms cleaned every day. Bed felt hard but was actually very comfortable and had such a good sleep. Air con in room that you can put what temperature you want it at. You don’t have lots of room but that’s fine as x2 queen size beds in. Every room has a balcony. Only a small pool for size of hotel but was fine as not everyone stayed at hotel all day. Plenty of sun beds and places to put them so no matter when you go to get one there’s always room. We were all inclusive so drinks always available. Help yourself to beer, sangria, water, coke etc coffee and alcoholic drinks at the bar. Also snacks in the day at the bar. Food was very nice, plenty out and catered for everyone. I’m a very fussy eater but always found something I liked. It is very repetitive and the same meals are served afternoon and eve. If you go round to the very end then that part changes each time. But can not fault the food. Staff are friendly but is very hard a they can’t speak much English so only know the basics. Entertainment staff are the ones I would say know the most English. They were great and tried their best. Evening entertainment was very repetitive too but it was still good. Did a kids part fist which was the same every evening but the kids loved it as they got to know the dance moves. Overall a lovely place to go.

I have just got back from spending a week at this hotel all inclusive. It was a great trip with great food and drink choices and mainly helpful staff. The rooms were lovely, clean and cool with a great view of the pool. They also got cleaned each day with fresh sheets and towels. The entertainment was also great, other than a 'professional duo' on one night which involved guests not staying at the hotel to come in who were noisy and took up a lot of the tables. There were two downsides of the hotel, the first being that there was NO wifi in the room. This was not a huge issue for us as we did not spend a lot of time in the room and you could access good wifi from the bar and pool but unacceptable for a 4* hotel. The second issue being the school trips: the hotel need to stop trips coming to this hotel as groups of adolescent boys who were extremely rude, disrespectful and non-hygienic in the restaurant (not using tongs to get food and coming in post-football practice smelling of sweat). I also know a manager had issues with them as they helped themselves to the drink machines when they were not all-inclusive. Please do not allow school trips here it ruins the hotel!!!! I would definitely come back to this hotel, great value for money and a great location being next to the beach and Portaventura, but the school trip issue needs to be solved.

Reception staff are friendly and helpful. The pool area was not kept clean overflowing bins. We hired the beds for a couple of days these were not cleaned daily and had to get the reception staff to clean them. Rooms were not really cleaned daily towels changed but beds never made infact the maid thanked me for making ours. The food is AWFUL no choice for vegetarians, and nothing is hot thank goodness the desserts were ok. The location is not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties, we had to hire a mobility scooter, it is also very noisy we hardly slept all week, it wasn’t made any better by the gang of adolescent boys running riot in the hotel.

First of all the hotel is very clean rooms are good if a little small for 2 double beds there is a fridge but you will need to hire a kettle or bring your own, the aircon is first rate wifi is free and good in all areas. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with the exception of one bartender. The food was a bit of a let down lots of choice but too cold, there are microwaves available so not the end of the world. Towels are free just pay a returnable deposit and change as often as you like Pools are small if the hotel was full it could get very busy. The activities were a bit strange aqua gym at 4.30 ? Entertainment was standard bingo/quiz etc. 1 night there was a "professional duo" who obviously have a strong local following as loads of keen "dancers" arrived early, monopolising tables this was the only night there was waiter service and we were told this was the regular Friday night event. All inclusive bar ends 11.30 and you have to move inside if you want to continue socialising. The biggest minus for us was not the hotel it was its location, in a bit of a hollow surrounded by other buildings. There is a small beach nearby but if you struggle with walking uphill give it a miss.

Stayed here for a week with my friend at the end of May/ start of June. I think it is most definitely more a 3 star hotel, there are too many cons for it to be a 4 star. Pros: Air con was great Always a sunbed available - never a rush for them in the morning like in other hotels Self serve drinks is good Entertainment team are amazing! The man who does aqua gym is brilliant Location Bar staff friendly Cons: no Wifi in the rooms (didn't reach) Did not get our beds changed or made once the whole week, never brushed or mopped the floor in the room - only ever changed the towels in the bathroom Food is AWFUL! We could not eat anything from the 'restaurant' so ended up eating out every day even though we where all inclusive! Long queues at lunch time, like feeding time at the zoo Beds are so uncomfy and has a long stupid pillow across a double bed? don't understand Even though there are always sunbeds available, they're really narrow and small Reception staff are really rude and unhelpful, come across very obnoxious

I’ve just returned from a 10day holiday at sunny salou and so pleased we chose this hotel to stay at! The hotel is clean and tidy which is what you want in a hotel. Rooms aren’t the biggest when 3 adults/1x child are sharing but they are still manageable! We were at the poolside view which was lovely. Food there is a variety just not alot for vegetarians unless it pasta or salad which my sister struggled with but in general a good variety! Meal times were ideal really. Poolside including the bar staff brilliant always clean and tidy, always plenty loungers to grab! Literally a 5min walk to the nearest beach alcove which is small but ideal, 10min walk into salou main strip with the beach ideal walking distance! Around the corner from a chemist/doctors and shops too! All round an amazing holiday and would return I didn’t want to leave to come back home! Also we were all inclusive but certain things liked name brands were to pay extra along with cocktails but it was only €2.50 a cocktail which is absolutely nothing and worth the money! Especially the mojito!

Stayed here for 4 nights last week from the 5th JUNE ,The hotel is clean and offers a good gym as well as a pool area which is manned and a entertainment team who work hard to keep the kids on there toes, but the entertainment team must improve the music around the pool ,yes there is a lot of spanish visitors but cater for all !!.Food gets a bit repetative so we ate out on 3 nights ,breakfast was good ,lunch a bit the same most days as evening meal food.Drinks were good wine with dinner and Estrella on tap ,plus good spirits but you pay a euro charge for the likes of premium brands which was not a problem .Oh the lift !,if you are on 4th or 5th floor prepare for a wait it goes up and down like a yo-yo ,needs to be sorted as drives you mad.Apart from that good value for money ,beds were comfy 'take a pillow' .great bar across the road which is open from 8pm till 5am .
