Estamos neste momento alojados no hotel, e não recomendo. Estivemos noutros medplaya com boas referências, escolhemos está cadeia de hotéis esperando o mesmo mas este é do pior. As instalações são muito antigas, não há isolamento entre quartos, a comida apesar de saborosa é muito repetitiva e sem grande escolha, fruta ao pequeno almoço muito escaça ou nenhuma, o buffet do tudo incluído tem muita limitação de horário e são os restos das refeições, nas cadeiras da piscina infantil não se pode comer, o que é ridículo para quem trás crianças. Animação diurna pouca ou nenhuma, noturna apenas durante uma hora. O único aspeto positivo e mesmo a simpatia dos funcionários.

Where do I start with this awful Hotel….. I mean let’s start with the couple of positives shall we. We were upgraded to a so called superior room which had a lovely view out to the sea. The room itself was very modern and you could tell it was recently refurbished. However the bathroom looked like something from the 60’s so I guess they’re still to refurbish the bathrooms. The beds also were 2 singles pushed together with a clear gap in-between which isn’t idea. The other positive is the cleaning staff, they were great and very patient around our late mornings when waiting to clean the rooms. The bathroom tho began to smell after a few days, like a drainage smell but I think that might be something to with poor drains in the area rather than the hotel at fault, as would often smell the same smell when walking around locally. Only other thing to note with the rooms is they charge for pretty much everything, I don’t usually stay in 3 star hotels so I don’t know if this is a usual thing but you have to pay extra for the safe, a kettle, the fridge, pool towels, pretty much anything extra. Luckily our fridge was free I think because was a superior room. The WiFi throughout the hotel seemed strong and of decent enough speed. Onto the actual hotel, it’s 3 separate blocks, Bali 1,2 and 3. There is walkways to each block. The hotel was mainly kept in clean condition. Due to corona virus and people on staycations rather than going abroad I would say the occupancy was 90% at least Spanish residents who it seems didn’t want us brits in their country. Either that or they are just down right rude. They love ignoring q’s. The staff around the hotel aren’t much better unfortunately. It’s like they didn’t want us there either and like I’ve read in other reviews they would serve locals at the bar etc whilst us brits wait in a q like the polite people we are. The level of service to us vs what locals were getting was staggering. So the hotel has 3 pools and a splash pool, my nephew loved the splash pool however not so much on the day someone poo’d in it and pretty much nothing was done about it. As for the bigger pools I found them really dirty and there was wads of hair floating in them, I only ended up using the pools twice due to how poorly cleaned they were. You weren’t allowed inflatables or even small balls in the pools. I seen at one point a pool was empty as everyone was having lunch or a siesta and an English family got in with a small ball to play with and would’ve been the only ones in the pool only for the lifeguard to tell them that they couldn’t have the ball in the pool. Seriously what harm could be done. What a stupid and pathetic policy. People paid good money to stay in this dump so were trying to make a good time of it, only to be stopped at every avenue. So let’s get onto the food…… absolutely disgusting. The worse all inclusive package I’ve ever been on. If you didn’t go to the Buffett restaurant early, you’d have to q up a whole flight of stairs to the floor above to get in. When you finally get in the food on show was poor, not enough selection, often lukewarm food. They say they have live stations but they have 1 chef cooking a meat offering and putting them in a tray for you to take from. No live stations were you could go up and order something. We ended up eating out most nights. There’s some lovely places in the marina to eat at. So as I’ve said above about it being the worse all inclusive….. well they have a cafe called sunny view cafe which does pizza, burgers, panini’s etc but guess what….. you have to pay for them. You get a discount with your all inclusive band….. a discount? Seriously. I’ve paid for all inclusive, I shouldn’t be paying for a thing around the hotel. Clue is in the title ‘ALL INCLUSIVE’. They have a snack bar by the main bar where you use your keycard to get in for all inclusive customers. It has bread, crisps, cheese, ham, fruit, yogurt, biscuits and croissants and that’s pretty much it. They have a soft drinks machine and a hot drink maker too. They have 3 hot food snack offerings between 3-6pm each day only. The quality of which were dreadful and they didn’t offer a vegetarian offering once all holiday. It was often hot dogs, burger, chicken nuggets or a meat rice dish. The snack options really were a disgrace. More negatives about the hotel were you had to pay for a proper coffee or tea at the bar, they’d just point you to the snack room for an all inclusive one. Ridiculous. Again they discounted the coffee at the bar but why should we have to pay when all inclusive? The reception team were hit and miss, there were some really helpful ones but then equally there were reception staff who were just rude. We were told on checking in the wrong meal times, weren’t told about where the snack bar is etc and we were told we could come the day before checking out to get a room for late check out. So on the day before we went to ask for late checkout and were told it wasn’t possible. That was all the lady would say, no reason why, just it wasn’t possible. There’s no communal wash room and your room card stops working on checkout so they try to stop you using the all inclusive facilities on your check out day. Not ideal when you have a late flight. Also when trying to find out information about having an antigen covid test locally they would only tell us about the hospital service like they were on commission. We did our own research and found a few clinics close by which were cheaper options. How hard would it be for them to know this. They didn’t even know about the testing service in the airport which was advertised on their own website. The entertainment was poor, we tended to avoid it as if I wanted to hear a cat making strange sounds I’d go on YouTube not watch some so called singers singing out of tune. I don’t think I can watch a Disney film with a straight face anymore after the Disney magic show….. Disney, please send them a copyright infringement letter before the kids are scarred for life…… So yeah this is the most negative review I’ve ever given but there is not many saving graces for this horrible hotel. I apologise for moaning as I’m usually one to give constructive criticism but on this occasion there really is no hope for a place so poor and badly ran. I’d 100% take this dump off your list if you’re researching for a holiday. It’s not like it was even cheap.

Un hotel enorme, con dos piscinas grandes para que no haya aglomeraciones. En las dos piscinas hay socorrista. Todo estaba muy limpio. El personal muy amable. Las bebidas no eran caras para ser un hotel,por ejemplo, la copa de cacique 5,60 y el ballantines 6€. Los parquing si me parecieron mas caros,el de arriba 12 por dia y el subterraneo 14. El buffet muy controlado en tema de aforos y de limpieza. Habia bastante variedad aunque algunas cosas podrian estar mejor hechas, como por ejemplo unas papas asadas que estaban poco hechas. La habitacion estaba muy limpia y tenia terraza pero la habitacion era muy chica,pero es un detalle sin importancia. El baño estaba bien aunque no nos gusto que el jabon era el con un dispensador y era el mismo tanto para el lavabo como para la ducha. En resumen un buen hotel 3 estrellas al cual volveremos.

I used to visit this hotel on many occasions 10+ years ago so I thought I'd take my children so they could experience this Big mistake. We went all inclusive the food is freezing you have to put it in the microwave after putting it on your plate, the staff are rude, and the entertainment is no good unless you are fluent in Spanish. My kids are 5 & 7 and were bored of the entertainment they have a character who doesn't interact with the children apart from a photo, maybe one of the entertainment team speak broken English. This hotel is totally Spanish orientated. The pools are useless for young children as one is 1.75 metres in the shallow end and the other has a small section near the steps that my eldest could stand but everyone congregated there due to the 2 metre depth for the rest of the pool so toy couldn't get in and out of the pool without vkskbrting over everyone. You can't even eat an ice cream on your sunbed well if your English you can't the Spanish could eat snacks by the pool as the lifeguard turned a blind eye. Depending which lifeguard was by the pool depended on the rules, I asked on the first day if I purchased a rubber ring for my children (a small one) could it be used i was told it could. The first 3 days there wasn't a problem until another lifeguard appeared and said it couldn't be used (it was no bigger than the ones that you sit young babies in) same as different rules in the restaurant we went as a family of 5 was told we had to sit on 2 separate tables but the Spanish could sit round 1 table with 6 of them no problem. As mentioned in another review the card situation for a drink you had to take your cup back to receive your card back but you could queue for ten minutes to retrieve your card back. It's just so the hotel don't have to get someone to collect cups but then occasionally they would come and collect them and then you couldn't get your card back easily but would be asked for it when you wanted your next drink. The corridors are in major need of a clean and last of all I asked if there would be a buffet selection (croissants and pastries) available on our departure our transfer was leaving at 755am I was told by both the restaurant staff and the reception that yes we would be able to go in for a small selection on our departure, so off we went to reception to leave our cases on our departure to be told no we couldn't go in the restaurant it didn't open until 8 after going back and forth for several minutes and me telling the receptionist it had already been agreed he finally decided to let us in. When we got in the staff weren't happy we were in there and were rude as we were trying to get something to eat. I saw the sunbeds being sanitised once the whole time we were there not very covid friendly. Thus hotel certainly doesn't warrant 3 stars go somewhere else or save your money
