As a family of 6 (2 parents, 4 children), we rented 2 x 1-bedroom apartments. They're somewhat small, especially if you use the sofabed. But it's very easy to fold that one in/out, and you're outdoor most of the time anyways.

Stayed here for 10 days from 10th-30th September, Reception area is clean and reception staff very polite and helpful.
However the room was not so clean with dust in places and a plastic type rug that was dirty on top and dirtier underneath.

Depends. They have two lifts. Automatic doors in and out of reception. Chairs near reception doors while waiting on cabs etc. the apartments themselves are ok but if using a wheelchair you may need to request an accessible apartment. If using a regular apartment please note the following: there is a step down to the balcony. It is only a few inches but could be an issue for wheelchairs. Also. The ‘regular bathrooms have the shower in the bath so you have to negotiate a high sided bath to access the shower. This can be risky but manageable. Not all bathrooms have grab rails on the walls. The floor of the bath can get quite slippery but putting a small towel in it before you shower will overcome this. I find this area of Spain quite accessible for the most parts. Taxis everywhere and not expensive. You can also hire out mobility scooters An overall yes would be my answer taking in the points mentioned. Finally the pool and cafe downstairs are all very accessible and the pool itself has steps and a handrail for getting in or out. Enjoy if you do go. We love this apart hotel.
