Before we rebooked, we looked at many other hotels. Nowhere else offered the same type of apartment at this rate. 5 mins walk to the sea, large comfy lounge area, plenty of drawer and wardrobe space, large bedroom, bathroom with shower over small bath, bidet too, kitchen with dishwasher, washer dryer, 4 ring hob, microwave, grill, plenty of plates etc to use before you need to start the dishwasher. yes they charge extra for a pool view, we don't pay it we had a road and mountain view again, plenty to people watch and get the late evening sun. Very friendly staff. I see people moaning that the maid didn't come as often as they wanted. Its an apartment you have everything needed to keep it clean yourself. My wife waved the maid away, saying its fine thank you our towels were in the washer dryer when we were off to the beach. Ohh and aircon in lounge and bedroom brilliant. People also moan about being charged if they leave their trash (why would you) you pass the bins as you go out. I thought the beds were harder than at home as they usually are, but I found the bed settee better. Love this place and will be back again next year

We have stayed here before so understand the rules however it is still irritating to be charged extra for a decent Internet connection and a pool view also pretty annoying to be charged £30 out of our deposit because we forgot to take the bin out on the final day even though our room had only been cleaned twice in seven days it was peak season and we paid over £100 per night so the extra charges are unwelcome , out of peak season we normally pay around £50 a night which is a decent price for this hotel, the location is excellent the rooms have everything needed and are of a decent size and the pool area although small is good for a quick dip, we would stay here again but not in peak season and we would definitely remember to take out or empty water bottles!

We stayed in May 2021. The room, facilities and location were good. I would have rated this 5 stars, if it were not for the reception. The staff are friendly but the procedures are very slow. On check in, we were second in the queue and it took over 30 minutes to check in. This was despite advance confirmation and payment. On check out at 11:30 am, we were at position 7 in the queue with the majority of people checking in. After a 45 minute wait, we were at position 5. Some of the guests, who had waited over an hour to check in, let us skip the queue and check out. These procedures are too slow. I don't expect to ever stay here again as I hate queuing more than half an hour for check in or out. One minor complaint is that it is not clear up front that your room booking will be charged in full before you arrive. On arrival they will deduct a further 200 euro deposit from your credit card. This in my opinion is a bit unnecessary if there as a confirmed credit card already attached to the booking and guests have been asked to sign an additional 2 forms of additional conditions to cover the establishment in the event of any damages or admonish any of their responsibility for COVID.

Although we enjoyed our stay.we had to book out one week earlier than originally planned due to a close friend’s bereavement. We are still currently in Benalmadena and have called back on several occasions only to be told that a manager would contact us about a Reimbursement if any. This was six weeks ago and still no response unfortunately. We booked directly with the hotel and are disappointed with the lack of response, regardless of the outcome......
