The service is absolutely not up to a 4 star hotel. The air conditioning in our room was out of order; they did not try to fix it during one whole week. No excuse from the manager. The service at the restaurant was catastrophic, so long that we arrived at the buffet dessert when this one was closed (we arrived...

Stayed for 10 nights, restaurant staff very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We went half board and the food was amazing, good variety for evening meal with 4 courses if you wanted, breakfast was buffet and mainly continental style but plenty of it, Room was basic but clean and comfortable, only problem was sitting on the toilet you...

Lovely position and good public areas but management needs to remember what is meant by the word service. We stayed as a group and found many of the rooms allocated to be small and as the hotel was overbooked there were no alternatives. At the firstbreakfast, one guest was asked to move to another table as the one he was...

Good hotel, very close to the central area at 10-15 minutes walking distance. Stunning view from the restaurant and the staff is absolutely great. The restaurant does not offer you great variety of food, but the prices are reasonable.

Our group stayed here for two nights and encountered one problem after another. Yes, the hotel is located in a beautiful spot overlooking Palau and the sea. The staff is inexperienced, but very endearing. Unfortunately, our rooms left a lot to desired. Three of us were in 125-127 and they were close to the parking lot with no views. We...

Regardless of whether you have a long standing booking with the 4* Hotel Palau, if you plan to make a booking that is close to the start/end of the Sardinian tourist season, think twice, be prepared to lose your hard earned holiday….we were informed just 11 days prior to our departure that the Hotel Palau was closing as they did...

it is on the advice of Daniel C. that we discovered and tested this restaurant. We were not staying at the hotel but the restaurant is fine. Very enjoyable evening eating great food. We tasted several dishes of pasta with seafood. The perfect cooking "al dente". The place is really beautiful and makes me want to stay again at this...

Rated supposedly a 4* hotel, from our extensive experience in many countries at best 3*. Hotel rooms are laid out more like a motel with no internal corridors or covered access to bar/restaurant/reception from the majority of rooms. Little parking available other than on dusty rough waste ground at the rear of property. Classic/standard rooms small with no internal seating...

Our room, had lots of space and light, with a great view of the sea. The housekeeping staff worked hard to keep it super clean and tidy everyday. The staff at the reception were super friendly and helpful when asking for advice on what to visit/how. The staff from the bar made us the most amazing cocktails, always with a...
