Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It was just all disappointing. The FOOD is the actual issue at this hotel. I faced difficulty trying to find food for my brother (8 years old) and I. I went to the restaurant apparently it’s closed I asked if they have room service they said no I checked the mini bar it was empty. They had vending machines which had nothing we can eat since it was just snacks (attached picture). The receptionist recommended the spa we went to the spa it says the kitchen is closed right now go to the “Bar” it’s much better. The bar was closed!!! So the workers there don’t even know how the hotel operates, the workers kept on just sending us to different locations and ending up without food at the end. Not just that, the food quality is just terrible especially the breakfast. Before coming here I suggest you bring a lot of food that you enjoy because they don’t have varieties of food. I just don’t get how this is four stars hotel!

This is an attractive and modern hotel in a nice location on the water. The positive aspects are : spa, beer garden (would help if the hotel put up some signage pointing to it) an outdoor theatre. The downsides are that place is rather functional/cold and the restaurant food is not great (and expensive). The beds are quite comfortable but the pillows are too small and there is no air conditioning (fine for most of the year and if there isn't building work being done at 7:00 as I was the case when I was there. So an nice modern business-type hotel but it lacks character and needs to focus on improving the restaurant offering.

Very comfy hotel with great spa and long swimmingpool. Spacious room. Good breakfast. A bit difficult to reach from the highway, but worth a visit. Big lake nearby - I did not have the weather to enjoy. Interesting cooking courses to take part.

The room is clean, spacious and well-ventilated and we had the room facing the open field (front of the hotel). There are 2 eating places at the hotel - the café and the beer garden at the back of the hotel. The breakfast and dinner serves a wide range of variety and are appetising. The staff is friendly and helpful, they can help to arrange for taxi to go to supermarket. There is a nice trail to walk around the hotel and back of the hotel, where it can lead you to the zoo and to the shops. There is a small man-made beach and some water activities.

Modern, health-conscious, with a sense of fun. Family-friendly. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The front desk staff were friendly and spoke English. The breakfast buffet is quite complete, including an orange juice machine that squeezes the oranges for you. The restaurant serves dinner as a buffet or a la carte from the menu, but the buffet is a great value. Most of the food is organic ("bio"), and meatless selections are always available. A new spa recently opened and offers a fitness center, pool, bowling alley, saunas, etc. A beauty lounge offers massages and cosmetic treatments. There are lots of trails around the hotel grounds for outdoor activities and other outdoor facilities like a bier garten and climbing area. It is out of the town area, so you'll need to take a taxi if you want to go into town.

This is a nice hotel near the lake ideal for family vacation, but in my case for bussines.Rooms are spacious and clean with modern furnishings. The bathroom is big enough and clean too. This is my second time to visit this hotel and if you can choose, choose room whit balcony with lake view.Interesting thing that you have tablet whit free internet in the room.Bravo!!Breakfast is varied and plentiful, with an emphasis on healthy foods.Staff helpful and available. At all, like I said, this is a good hotel and as I know the swiming pool will be open at the end of year.

If hospitality and attention to you as guest is important? Then don't stay at the Biosee Hotel! Old beds, no air conditioning, no anything that is there to make you enjoy your stay. You feel burgled when settling the account! And don't complain because you will just receive a 1000 reasons why you should not complain about anything and how the hotel is not responsible for your bad experience! Seriously this is a sad reflection on German hospitality!
