We stayed 4 days at this hotel.Let's begin with the good things: the landscape is great and the views from the room are lovely. For the rest...the rather unpolite lady at the reception doesn't speak anything but german. The room was very spacious, but the bathroom was like one on those cheap motorway hotels, the shower isn't big enough to wash...

We had a family of 4 and a two-bedroom apartment and had a terrific stay! We had a full kitchen and so while the restaurant was very expensive we shopped at the local grocery and made dinner in our temporary home. The Hotel is in a good location for exploring the black Forest area and has hiking trails right out...

May be ok for families with children, looking for an inexpensive stay. Others will probably not appreciate this establishment. An experienced traveller looking for quality definitely not, in any aspect: room, spa area, food, service, anything.

The first impression as you arrive at the hotel is it is a long way by road from the centre of Todmoor, but fortunately a footpath gets you there in only a few minutes. The setting above the pretty village of Todmoor is attractive, and the countryside around is breathtaking. The hotel itself, however, feels in need of a refurbishment...

Our experience was so bad, I'm not sure it even deserves the name "Hotel", let alone one with stars. Having read some negative reviews on this website (before booking with Aldi Switzerland) we made a pre-booking visit to look at the rooms. We were shown a very nice room and told that whilst they couldn't guarantee being able to allocate...

We stayed in this hotel in August for five nights. We booked it with half board for a very reasonable price. As we arrived late, our room was already given out, so we were given the room in the main building without a balcony on a second floor. The room in the main building is very suitable because of the...

We spent a Xmas holiday here(Dec10) and the location was excellent, up the hills from the village of Todtmoos in the valley below. There was lots of snow when we arrived and there was also more to follow, which made excursions rather limited. On arrival they allocated us a room which the Receptionist admitted was used a staff quarters and...

We stayed at the resort at Funfjahreszeiten and had a very nice stay. Check in was efficient, they did speak English, and were very helpful. We had a German speaking friend with us when we registered so any problems with the language was taken care of. Our room was very clean and cleaned daily. The downstairs bedroom was large and...

The Hotel Fuenfjahreszeiten is in the village of Todtmoos, Germany, in the southern Black Forest. The hotel rooms are large - we had a 2-bedroom apartment which could accommodate six people quite easily. We (two adults and a 13-year old) stayed in the hotel annex, which is the time share section of the hotel, but each day the apartment was...
