This is our second time at the hotel as a family which again we thoroughly enjoyed. It's a great location if you want to explore the local area. The rooms are adequate and clean, and the food is good. The pool facilities are great and gives the kids something to look forward to when they return in the evening! A...

We stayed here in the second last week of May and it was quiet and restful. First night there were only 3 others in the restaurant. The menu is set, and is 4 courses of local cuisine, very acceptable and reasonably priced. Our room was pleasant and roomy, and there is a lift if you find your cases a bit...

I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights, purpose of our trip was to ski in the french Alps. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and the staff is friendly and helpful however, they struggle a bit when they have to speak in English. This is a family business so, certain rules do apply.Example: The dinner is served between 19:15...

We only stayed for 2 nights, but had a pleasant stay. For skiing it is a drive away from the gondola up to the mountain, which is ok for a day or 2, but would not be workable for longer. We are off to a closer hotel for the following week. Breakfast and evening meal are included, which was very...

If you're looking for American style customer service then you may need to look elsewhere, BUT do not let that put you off the many positives this hotel has to offer. We are a family of four and are just at the end of our second stay here and we will be returning next year. The hotel is beautifully clean,...

We stayed at this place after coming back from the Mont Blanc summit. We were tired and we just wanted a place to have a good sleep and have a bath. We entered in the hotel in the back door and we were almost screaming for attention. The owner responded almost as he don’t want guests. I don’t know if...

We stayed for a long weekend in their family studio flat which had a kitchen and balcony. The room and showers was always warm (very important when holidaying in the Alps!). The indoor pool was small but perfect. We didnt eat there so cant comment on the food. Location was perfect, right opposite the train station and Mont Blanc tram....

Located through internet and it surpassed all expectations. It has all types of rooms and lot of space within and outside the hotel to enjoy. Located few minutes from the SNCF station and also from the Tramway de Mont Blanc. Seems to be a family run business and the lady owner is very helpful. A few details were missing presumably...

Had a very bad experience at the hotel. I had booked the hotel online and through a mail exchange with the owner I had informed him about my arrival time at about 10 in the night. The owners said it was completely ok. When we actually reached, the place looked like a barren place. We couldnt see any lighting around...
