Chalet number 17... When we first checked in, there were a few issues with the chalet. In fact there were so many that we asked to be moved. Apparently this was not possible due to how busy the resort was. The chalet was very dirty with used tissues under the beds and grimy carpet. The electricity - a lot of...

The rooms worked well for our large family party with all ages of kids. A good position on the mountain, supermarket and restaurants within short walk. Although our chalet looked a little tired, it had a good kitchen/dining area and an entrance to house skis and boots. The lack of wifi in the room was not a problem generally but...

Just did us perfectly. A group of nine of us ranging from 7 to 50-something. Lovely to have space, warmth and the ability to ski to / from the door. The finishing touches were not all quite there - chipped mugs, a few issues with dodgy taps / fridge door, but these were really no big deal - we were...

We stayed here for the week of Easter with our three children aged 12,11 and 9. We took an apartment for 8 so that no one had to sleep in the living area and this worked well. We had two double bedrooms and a bunkbed - so everyone had their own space. Plagne Soleil is quiet and great for families...

Having had a fantastic journey through France and driven non stop through the night we arrived at reception early. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful and we were allowed into our accommodation early . Our Chalet Number 21 was clean and tidy. A toilet seat, which had broken during the previous occupants' stay was promptly replaced by the maintenance...

Daer guest, Tthank you for your review. You will be pleased to know that the outside steps are being entirely redone this summer season. They have been very tricky to manoeuver in the past and the local community has decided that something should be done. So please do come back and stay with us again next year! Regards,

Okay, the chalet, no.118 in the Plagne Village section was a little worn around the edges, but that said we thought that it was very good value. It wasn't quite ski-in ski-out, but pretty close. We were just 50 yards from the nearest shops and bars as well as the excellent recycling facilities. I would like to praise the lovely...

Great accommodation for students! We were even given an upgrade to a bigger apartment. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome; helping with ski hire and giving us raclette cooking tools.

We booked a 4 bed apartment with 2 bathrooms and got 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms - 3 ensuite. So, delighted with plenty of space - also well equipped compared to my previous experiences of french self catering. Slight problems getting there as we were dropped at reception which was in the next village - a Neilson rep problem rather...
