This Chalet is graded as 4*. I have stayed in better camping barns. SkiWorld need a big kick up their derrière. This Chalet is disgusting and would be closed down by the authorities if it were in England. The interior is filthy, the kitchen is a bio-hazard, the dinning tables are sticky, the plates, cutlery and glasses are greasy. The...

Accommodation very very poor from the dirty thread bare staircase carpet that met you on arrival too us asking for our room to be vacuumed,or the lack of basic hygiene in general or even the fact that our room had no drawers to place your clothes or wardrobe to hang them,I haven't even mentioned the kitchen !,this property was sold...

Well located, food ok & Chalet staff that tried their best but.... No hot water for significant part of the holiday (we say 4 days, Skiworld say 3 mornings and 1 evening, either way not good enough). Too many rooms added putting pressure on the system we suspect and poor maintenance, Dirty, dangerous, unhygienic kitchen in need of complete replacement....

Don't book this chalet unless you are assured the kitchen has been replaced. We stayed in April 2016 and it was a dirty disgrace. The oven is propped up with a block of wood, the drawers and cupboards are broken and the place was dirty. Inevitably this led to poor hygiene from the friendly staff. In addition I would not...

This was our first snowboarding holiday so I don't have anything to compare it against..worth baring this in mind. The Chalet was satisfactory, room reasonable size with a balcony..beautiful views. Bathroom was small but the shower was good. Staff were good, food was ok...lacked options. All the food was nice but it was a set menu and there wasn't any...

Just got back from a week at Chalet Altesse. We stayed as a large group made up of adults, older teens and children. The chalet is a little tired and in need of refurbishment, with carpets and soft furnishings having seen better days. The beds were clean and comfy, and the bathrooms functional. What else do you need? Great hosts!...

Booked this chalet through ski world who are themselves a superb company. The chalet itself is a bit basic but comfortable for a week. There is a selection of singles, doubles and quad rooms all with bath/shower and toilet..The rooms are spread over 3 floors and their is a ski room on the ground floor and lounge/dining area on the...

Chalet located in quiet 1800. Well placed for access to slopes although better locations available higher up. Clean, comfortable but basic accommodation. Food was excellent with good portions and ample wine at dinner. Caters for c30 which provided an ideal mix of people and skiing abilities. Has all you need for your skiing trip and very reasonably priced. Staff couldn't...

Stayed here for a week as part of a holiday booked by Ski World. Chalet itself was fairly clean and spacious enough for our group. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the shower was fairly decent however I was not expecting luxury. Some others in our group had varying experiences with there bathrooms but you're only there to shower...

We were sold a dog holiday by Iglu Ski and Skiworld. We were sold a nice looking twin room with a balcony - as per the photo on their websites. However, what we got was a tiny room on the ground floor at the back of the building with a tiny window looking onto a steep slope only inches away...
