Had a nice, week-long stay in an apartment for 4 (only two of us; would have been a massive squeeze for any more) Great position in the resort - close to shops and town but still very quiet. Can ski in and out of accommodation. Near ski hire place However, absolutely no essentials were provided: - no toilet roll -...

We arrived with fairly low expectations of the accommodation having read the reviews and also stayed in similar accommodation in other French Ski Resorts. The walk from the coach drop point to the hotel isn't the most inspiring as we had to drag our luggage for around a 10 minute uphill hike through an underground car park (the reason for...

Having visited Belle Plagne last year we were excited to return this year. Yes there is a long trudge uphill in the underground car park to the reception but that is the price you pay for no cars above ground and pretty much ski in ski out to all accommodation. However the long walk is the least of your worries...

Booked this through Cyrstal, being half term it wasn't cheap by any means and arriving at 3.30am after the worst flight of my life meant I wasn't exactly looking at this place through rose coloured spectacles. Cramped, scruffy, no towels, beds not made up, nowhere for skis or boots. In the cold light of day and thankful to be alive...

Having been there the year before, we were more assured of the service provided. Last year we were concerned that leaving early in the morning would leave us open to losing our deposit as an early morning inspection could not be arranged, and we would be gone with no assurance that we had left the apartment in an acceptable condition....

Great updated apartment with very comfortable beds and lots of storage cupboards, but the long trudge uphill in an underground carpark with exhaust fumes dragging bags and skis nearly ended me! The extras for the WiFi and TV should be included in this day and age, but as I had unlimited "feel at home" internet I wasn't that bothered.....until I...

Firstly, the staff seemed friendly, they helped us find breakfast on our first day - no restaurant here. The apartment apparently slept 5 with a pull out bed under one of the sofa beds in the lounge. We were a family of 4 (bunk beds for two kids, ages 10 and 8) and two sofa beds for us. We would...

We booked this holiday through Crystal Ski holidays. When we arrived in resort, we had been delayed an hour due to our coach not being on time to pick us up from the transfer station, we still arrived in resort at around half past 8 in the evening. When we were dropped off, we were taken to reception which was...

We booked with Chrystal ski. .. who we did not see the entire holiday, they even left us traipsing around in the snow trying to find our hotel in the first place. Once we got to the hotel we were handed and pile of bed sheets.. yes that's right and sent off to find our rooms. When you get to...
