We stayed here in January 2016. Bus stops right outside which is perfect for travelling between Plagne Centre and Plagne Bellecote. The apartments were always very warm and had a nice cosy feel. Our apartment was directly above reception so we had fast free wifi all of the time. The master bedroom was massive, bigger than the living area, the... More

OK so we get how it works in France. We've stayed self catered for years in various size apartments, in various French ski resorts. We know self catered means you get a room, you cook, you clean, you make your own beds and you buy your own toilet rolls. And also the apartments are much smaller than you would like.... More

We stayed Easter week and had a one bedroom duplex apartment for 6 people. The good points include the location, our apartment was spacious however the 4 person apartments were not as spacious as found by friends of ours who were travelling in our group. We had the front facing apartment in Block B which had fantastic views over the... More

Given the previous reviews of Les Chalets D'Edelweiss, I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment. Our party has 4 adults and 4 young children and we were all happy with the space. Our apartment had 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Yes, you have to make your own beds and clean the apartment... More

Edelweiss is a ski in/ski out apartment building in La Plagne 1800. The apartments are individually owned. The overall experience also depends on whether you are traveling independently or with a ski holiday specialist like Crystal or Ingham. Positives: Our apartment is a modern and comfortable, 2 bedroom place with 2 bathrooms/toilets. Heating is easily controlled so we were never... More

Just returned from a 7night stay at this hotel. Firstly, we travelled to La Plagne on the Friday Night Ski Train and arrived at the Hotel at around 7am on the Saturday morning. This hotel doesnt have a 24hr reception - opening times are 8am - 1pm and 5pm-8pm. If your planning on arriving out of these times then your... More

When I book a 4 star accommodation, there's a few things I take for granted:- 1. the beds are made on arrival 2. the apartment is cleaned at the end of stay 3. an inventory of what is in the apartment is done before arrival However, if you want the beds made on arrival and the apartment cleaned at the... Strange one this. firstly the good points. The lift worked every day we were there! The location is quite simply fantastic for skiing. One chair and you can ski all the way down to La Roche and get higher from there. The rooms were cosy and warm. But, We had an 8 berth apartment that still seemed very small even... More

Too much to write about unorganised chaos! Be careful when checking in as most of our party got fined for unclean rooms when they had left in identical state to when arriving.... Clean but basic and certainly not 3 star, more youth hostel! Slept and were in rooms awake for less than 30mins per day.... Good location but better to... More

Unfortunately, the bad surprise is the minuscule (minute) size of the room. So small you have only 1 foot of space around the bed. Bathrooms are nice. You can warm all spaces wery well. We had an apartment for 6 people, "3 rooms" but actually it's one normal living room with extensible couch (2 persons) and small kitchenette, other 1... More
