Small hotel in familiar atmosphere with some parking spots next to the building. Small rooms but modern bathroom. The owner is not only very friendly but also tries helping you with anything you need (from weather forecast to information to opening hours of local shops...).

My husband, son and I stayed here for half term week and used the hotel as our base of operations! The hotel is compact and bijoux. It's wood panelled bedroom was cosy if a little small but had everything we needed. Apart from tea and coffee facilities which would have been handy. The cost was reasonable and the hotel is...

Nice hotel, good atmosphere and a very friendly owner of the hotel. I was welcomed by the owner, who told all I needed to know for my short stay in Bourg. It was a good experience to stay there. I will stay there again if I come back to Bourg. The breakfast is of high standard compared to other french...

Excellent value, third time I have visited. This is the place to stay, if you wish to visit other ski resorts, and it is close to the funicular. The proprietor is friendly and helpful, he is also a Harley and classic car enthusiast! In the winter, a small area downstairs, to have a drink and relax,

Stayed at hotel whilst family member was in hospital. Comfortable and clean room. Staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, very helpful. One of the few local hotels with an owner who speaks very good English. Would recommend this hotel.

Flew out last minute and stayed here as a family member was in the local hospital following a ski accident. The hotel is basic, but what it lacks in luxury it makes up for in service and location. The people that run this place could not be more helpful. Thank you for making a stressful trip as pleasant as possible

Room was nice and good sized bathroom. We wanted to start early as biking over Col de l'Isere so we asked for bike storage room to be open by 07.30. The owner said it would be opened when the breakfast staff came on at 07.30 but she didn't come until 07.45 which was annoying to be hanging around. Breakfast only...

Stayed here for a second time after a ski holiday last year. The hotel is small, yet very cozy and quaint. The rooms are impeccable and the hotel is conveniently situated close to the train station, downtown BSM and the funicular to take you up skiing. The owner has been extremely helpful and welcoming both times. There is plenty of...

Get off the train, stroll to this hotel. Stroll to the funicular, to gain access to Les Arcs. Stroll to the station to buy bus tickets to other ski resorts, eg: Val d'Isere. It is the ideal base within BSM. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. And when the holiday is over...stroll down to the station!

I spent one night in a double room at Arolla Hotel. It's situated about 500 meters from the train station. Our room was clean and a bit smallish. We had also own bathroom. The furniture was partially wooden. The view from window was nice, we could see a mountain and street. At day time it was warm, because there were...
