The Hotel is situated just before the entrance to the beach. It seems to be a bar/restaurant with rooms added. Our room (No. 3) faced the beach but the dunes either side of the beach entrance and the tree outside our window blocked the view. Booking in to the Hotel was a little offhand by one of the bar staff.... More

Leaving the beach late one evening, we were lucky enough to get a table, not having made a reservation. The staff were extremely friendly & the service was excellent. The menu was varied with a good choice of wines. I had the most delicious carpaccio starter, with grilled fish main course. Beautiful flavors, great attention to detail. Very generous portions,... My husband booked a two night stay to celebrate my birthday. Nothing was too much trouble for the plentiful but busy staff .It is a popular place to stay and eat but there was always a warm welcome. The room was spacious, airy , very clean and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant both nights and couldn't fault the food... More

Situated in a very popular situation. Our welcome was fine - nothing too much for the staff. Our room did the trick - not spacious but we were only staying for one night. The restaurant was brilliant - not a huge menu but that didn't matter taking into account the imaginative choices. We were more than happy with our stay.

Went mid-September to play golf. Stayed at Golf Hotel where there was no food and this was the only walkable restaurant open in the area. Have to say it was great food and wine at a reasonable price. Helped also by good company. ASM

Went there to get away from cheap and cheerful. Slightly expensive, but great food (had fresh tuna belly steak), surprisingly affordable and well selected wine list.Imaginative menu that is both local and not 'run of the mill'. Clearly the place to see and be seen. Well heeled and urbane clientele. A decent city-restaurant transported into a family beach setting. MUST... More
