I made my reservations in June. I called in August to confirm my dates/rooms. September 1, I called for 3 weeks trying to release 1 room I would not need. I could never get through or I would talk to the lady and there was a language barrier and was told to call back. When I finally was able to...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your honest opinion about your experience during your stay. I’m disheartened to hear that you experienced such sub-par service during your stay. I have spoken to my staff about this situation and we have taken measures to prevent any future miscommunication between the hotel and our guests prior to arrival. I am also utterly disappointed...

I found this hotel to be just what I needed as a stop along my way. The room is spacious and clean, cool upon my arrival. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. There are few signs of wear in the room but the room rate is excellent. I'm very happy with this choice in lodging and...

Raj, at the front desk was very helpful and provided us with excellent service by accommodating to our needs. Room was clean and we enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice as well, we thank him and his wife for running a great hotel.

Great place. Quiet and clean. The managers are really nice and helpful. I stayed there twice, one alone and again with my family.

Not much choice on 287 for places to stay. I would suggest looking in Childress. The room was a nice size and apparently remodeled to be handicap accessible. The remodeling was pieced and patched work, very strange. There was a dead bug in the bathroom, at least it was dead. The flat sheet on the bed was not large enough...

We hit a deer along highway 287 around 9:00 pm one night. We were 4 miles east of Memphis, TX. Our car could not make it to the next town much less to the Holiday Inn Express we had reserved for that night 100 miles away. This was a welcomed refuge since we would be stranded there until our ride...

The room was nice except for the carpet from the door to the bathroom - it was very dirty. We would stay there again if we were in the area again. There is not a lot of places to eat in Memphis, Texas.

This motel was clean, beds were comfortable and staff was courteous. Pool was good size and clean. For the price it was perfect, it even had waffles which made my family happy. I would stay there again.
