friendly staff, clean rooms, close to the airport.... very simple breakfast, but included. considering the crazy prices os hotels in Mdrid area is a good option. 20 to 25 minutes from the metro station

We spent one night here before leaving in the morning from Barajas airport. The parking lot is impossible to use as all spaces are miniscule and there are a dozen poles to avoid. Our room was smelly from cigarette smoke, everything was covered with a layer of dust, and there was pink mold in the shower. The floor of the shower also had a big hole where the porcelain had caved in. The double bed had a total of ONE pillow for two people to use. In addition to being difficult to locate, the hotel is in a seedy neighborhood, no street lamps, with clumps of lingerers at the front door smoking. NOT welcoming at all.

Room and bed were great. Bathroom was wow but just needed a fresher look. Underground parking is fantastic but cost is extra. We are going back later this month. Price is also variablessential so watch for better deals.

We stayed for 1 night on the 19th of July on our trip down to Marbella. Warm welcome from Reception (limited english). Secure basement parking for 6.16 Euro's it was worth every cent. There is a lift too. Room was large & bed was the biggest I have ever slept in. Pretty sure it was a super super king. Bathroom very big with bath & over bath shower which was an excellent power shower. Air-con does need attention. Breakfast was a range of croissants & other pastries. Fresh squeezed (by the barman) orange juice, coffee, tea. Nice, clean, welcoming hotel.
