I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The staff is rude and lacking class. They havent been trained properly to ring up a simple sale on the register. The so called manger answer guests with a "HUH" when asked a question. The property is lacking any kind of maintenance staff, trash is overflowing and the beer is warm...

We chose to stay at Medina Highpoint Resort for our recent visit to the Bandera area, mainly because we were underwhelmed with the lodging options in Bandera, at least at a reasonable price. Considering the winding country road (a good portion of which was undergoing construction at the time), this resort was a little farther-flung than we had thought, but...

We went to Medina Highpoint for our 1st trip with our new rv because it was close to home. We loved the resort. It was beautiful and very peaceful. The pool was great and everyone was friendly and considerate of one another. We fished, swam, hiked and had a great time. The deer came right down into the park with...

This was our second year to stay at the Medina High Point Resort and both years our stay there was wonderful! The staff are so accommodating and the manager Jim, helped us out tremendously this year when we were on our motorcycle ride, an hour away from the resort, by coming to our rescue with a trailer to pick up...

If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay where the staff will do whatever it takes to make your stay the most memorable ever, this is the place! The cabins are quaint and comfortable. For my aunt´s 80th birthday we decided to take her to Texas to celebrate it with her twin sister. Wanting to give her a...

I stayed here for one night this past weekend. Originally, our plan was to stay for two nights but Lady Luck and Miss Fortune had different ideas. On Friday, there was a series of mishaps that kept us from making our destination for the evening. I stayed in touch with the facility and they did an excellent job accommodating with...

My husband and his friend arrived on motorcycles this past thursday at 4pm to check into their cabin and browsed the store for some sandwich fixings. There was a limited stock of food available and the restaurant did not open till friday. The manager quickly threw together a loaf of bread, sliced meat and cheese, and mayo and mustard and...

We rented 2 cabins for 3 nights to use as a base camp for our motorcycle tour of the hill country. The cabins were very comfortable, well stocked & the pool & hot tub were perfect after a long hot day riding. The staff were some of the most friendly helpful people around. We will never forget the night we...

Called 2 1/2 weeks in advance and couldn't make reservations for only one weekend night. The very nice receptionist told me it was company policy during peak season. No problem. I called 6 days before for a Saturday night stay and there was lots of availability. I told the receptionist what we were coming down for and how many couples...

We found this quaint bar/restaurant Koyote Grill on the Medina Highpoint Resort. It's unique, great location overlooking the Hill Country, has plenty of refreshing drinks to enjoy, the quesadillas and poppers were delicious. Kelly was fun, we were the only ones in the place for over an hour, beautiful patio to sit and relax. We will be back on our...
