If you do not have your own means of transport, it is very uncomfortable to get to or from the hotel. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is very clean and the landscape from the rooms is wonderful, from your bed you can see the sunrise and it is beautiful. It is far from Madrid city and it is difficult to get there at night. It is closer to the airport, but it is also far from it. The facilities are very new, beautiful and clean.

I originally booked for 3 nights. I wanted to cancel the first two nights before I arrived and conforming to the cancellation policy. It took 5 phone calls to do this and calls transferred back and forth, calling twice for the new confirmation email. The rooms themselves are lovely. Nice bed linen. Clean and bright with a spacious bathroom. There is a good choice for breakfast and the food is as it should be. The problem is that there are not enough staff. I wanted an extra blanket. the time was just before midnight. There was none in the room. It took 20 minutes for réception to answer the phone. The person said that there were blankets down at reception but she could not bring it to the room as she was alone at the desk. I had to get up and dressed to go and get it. When I arrived one person was checking in and another couple were waiting. At check out the following morning I asked to speak to a manager about this but they were not available. I spoke to another person on reception. The staff I dealt with were pleasant but the hotel is understaffed. I do not know what would have happened if there was an emergency in the hotel that night.

Altough it is an expensive hotel it is still godd value for the money. I was fortunate enough to get upgraded to the suite which was very nice. Hot tub in the room and a great view. The room was very clean, staff very friendly and more places to sit in more different positions than I can imagine. As I said, the breakfast was increadible. Bathroom and toilet were both very comfortable and pleanty of room to take a shower with a spouse ;) Couple of drawbacks, as there is a hot tub in the room, the room floors must be stone but that made it a bit cold. Luckily you have slippers and a bathrobe in the closet :) Also, when I was draingin the hot tub there seemed t be a leak somewhere and the floor got basically flooded, no worries though, they had stone floor.

This is a great hotel in a fantastic location for anybody seeking an over-nighter where Madrid is your stop. Located a couple of minutes off the motorway, it is very convenient with the bonus of secure covered parking (extra charge). It is a conference hotel, so we may or may not have got a good bed & breakfast deal for a friday night - notwithstanding that it was in august (I think that it was a pretty good deal). We booked via the hotels website, and were extremely pleased. The hotel staff are friendly, and speak english. Being a conference hotel and at the weekend, it was very quite - indeed the bar was not open on the friday night that we stayed. That said, the breakfast was tremendous - indeed as good as any hotel breakfast - anywhere. The choice was fantastic, cereals, fruits, yogurts, juices, meats, smoked salmon, bacon, eggs, chorizo, sausages, cheeses, breads, cakes, tortillas, cakes, brownies, chips, rice, noodle - blimey - the full Monty, literally! There is not more to say. If you want a halfway hop travelling up or down Spain, this is a great place.
